This app has a feature called my loved ones. Unfortunately it is displaying the Hebrew date based on the English date, not taking into consideration if the petira was after sunset or not, and is therefore displaying the wrong Hebrew date as the yahrzeit. Please fix this, as the tombstone has the correct Hebrew date.
