It should be able to store my login information for the Parent Portal. It’s super annoying to have to login every time I want to have a quick look at something. It shouldn’t be so complicated.

My email is no longer in effect, so I changed my username. Now I cannot sign in to the mobile account.
No problem signing into old user on home computer.

It would be amazing if the Parent Portal remembered the login name. It would feel like Christmas of the payment feature kept the credit card information on file for refilling the lunch account. It’s not fun having to re-enter the information each time. It’s time to bring the payment process up to par. If you take on this challenge, please also offer the Apple Pay feature :)

I am a Sycamore parent with kids at 3 schools. Having all of the information in one place is wonderful. You have almost got this down. Instead of just listing the classes my kids are in, it would be helpful if each of their calendars were accessible through the app. This way I can see, at a glance, what is for homework and what tests are coming up.  Also, linking the newsletters would be nice too. Thanks for developing this app!
