It clearly showed my progress to the next tier, showed my comps, tallied my logins, and made you wanna use it daily. With this new app I’ve got to pull over to type in my email and password. That’s why I barely use it anymore. In essence it just isn’t customer friendly. The old one wasn’t broke. ### 4/5 — Good but needs improvements *2023-11-30* I like the feel of the app, but three things really bug me: 1) it won’t stay logged in. Nor does it use face/Touch ID so it’s annoying to keep logging in. 2) the “messages” section isn’t in chronological order, and you can’t delete old ones 3) and one of my biggest complaints is that it doesn’t show dining credits. It shows icomps, points, and promo balance, but not dining. I didn’t leave any money because people steal it. The machine didn’t take tickets so I had to go to a ticket machine. I told the table person, he said someone was working and tell them, I went to the person working and the person said they can’t do anything about it. Make sure you watch someone lose money and steal their machine. Act stupid or extremely lazy so you get that good hit and or bonus. ### 1/5 — App is bad as the service *2024-03-15* Next to impossible to find the shuttle schedule. “Click here” takes you to a useless page to click another link which gives nothing pertinent. Servers screw up your food order and promise to refund your credits but they never actually refund even after getting a food & beverage manager involved and going to guest services. All the poker promos say “see poker rep for details.” Why not post the details in the app? When you ask a poker representative about their promos, they’re either unsure and/or seem annoyed that they’re answering the same question for the 367th time. ### 1/5 — App isn’t loading. *2023-11-23, version 6.0.2* I’ve been trying to log in and screen goes blank ### 1/5 — The worlds most greedy casino *2023-10-17* No matter how you play and how much you play using VIP machines or regular this casino won’t hit big. It’s waste of money and time here. App says compatible with IOS 12.1. I can not open app but was able to upload. BARONA IS MUCH BETTER ### 1/5 — Worthless *2021-06-03* Couldn’t book a room even though it said you can. It says to click on link to buy event tickets with no fee. Then shows $7.50 fee. I guess this app is for people to keep track of their players card activities. ### 1/5 — No venue for rapid reserve *2019-08-05* There's no venue options when I try to use rapid reserve. Also, when I try to log in, it doesn't always recognize my email address. When it does recognize my email address, to select the "forgot password" option, it automatically logs me out. I've re-downloaded and deleted the app 4x. LAME. ### 1/5 — Dining reservation doesn’t work and no help *2019-06-29* When going to make a dining reservation, the venue drop-down is blank and won’t let you select anything. Cannot continue with reservation until venue is selected. All of the other drop downs work without a problem. Also, there is no help button for all of the glitches that you find within this app. That is just one issue that irritates me the most, but there are several other glitches that I’ve already encountered, and I’ve only had it downloaded for 15 minutes. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Love Sycuan App! Only 1 Suggestion! *2018-01-28* I love the Sycuan app and I use it regularly!! Bonus on the Rapid Reserve! There’s only one suggestion that I would make that I feel would be a lot more convenient and easier for people when reading messages in side app...I wish that instead of having to go back (pushing the little arrow on left hand corner to view other messages) that you could just slide to the next message on the the phone and I could delete from bottom after message was read. Instead of having to go back and then delete. I think it would be a lot more convenient if you can do all in one. Honestly that is why sometimes I don’t read all my messages because it is too time consuming just my opinion ;) Other than that minor inconvenience you guys still remain my #1 CASINO in San Diego!!!! ### 5/5 — I WISH *2017-07-09* I knew about this app when TLC concert tickets went on sale!
