AppStore page claims it needs iOS 13 and above. I have 18+.  Obviously you need to enter credit card details before booking a taxi - the page to do this is entirely blank. White screen. Nothing. Therefore can’t book a cab. 
App Support button goes to a taxi website, not a support page. 
Deleting app.

I have paid fixed amount. Easy to get driver right next to my hotel. Best taxi app to get Sydney Tax
