App will not load, needs fixes but great app when it works

Glad to see Sydney Credit Union getting an app. Looks great so far. The only thing I would like to see added is Touch ID integration for those who choose to stay logged in. Adds an extra layer of security. Thanks and keep up the good work.

It wasn’t a good time to update accounts before Christmas. I lost all of my etransfer accounts, very inconvenient. I don’t have time to be going to credit union to get things fixed. Now I can’t accept transfers

I had scheduled bill payments which were inaccessible in the app for a period of time. They did not pay like they were supposed to. Now I owe multiple late charges. Not happy about it. I emailed about the issues weeks ago and was given no response. Also sometimes the app is non functional at all and unable to log in.

It’s great to have an app for our Credit Union. This one works quite well and has improved a lot. 

TouchId is now available that’s great. 

Would love to see the SCU open up to Mint app as well.

Too much dead space in the middle area. The bottom 6 options should be viewable at once but are not for all users. If you make your font smaller then the print is too small. 
All other new features are great.

I really enjoy the convenience of the credit union app. Being able to check banking on the go is so easy and with a full list of previous transactions is great.

Better late than never. Thank you very much Sydney Credit Union. I was debating switching banks over your lack of an iPhone app. Now I will be staying.

This is a amazing app for anyone that deals with Sydney credit union. It is very user friendly and makes dealing with the credit union even more pleasant then it already is! I like the feature about turning off the quick view for security reasons. Thank you so much for listening to your members and giving us what we wanted! Keep up the good work
