When opening the app it has a message saying “please waiting installing events” then it just gets stuck there. Can’t use the app. Tried reinstalling still no luck.

The app is good but useless if you can not purchase a ticket directly with the app.

This app is only good for viewing the different shows. You can’t search and the checkout doesn’t work. The payment doesn’t fit on the first cart screen and so you end up submitting and it just gives you an error. Then include payment details and it still gives you errors. Did no one test this before it went live? Really dodgy. I had to call the box office for tickets because they’re online and app experience is so bad. It’s giving me 90s nostalgia.
