That has started happening on this Sydney app, with no train departures listed for Circular Quay station. Please check. An improvement would be to allow users to include their walking pace. I can do this on the transport website but not the app. Adding a quick walking pace can change a journey and shorten time significantly ### 1/5 — Oh no *2025-03-15, version 2025.1.10* I've used this app for ages and I've found it pretty good but in the last couple of weeks it's lost the plot - updated arrival times get stuck on 3/4/5 mins ago, can no longer save routes - only if I upgrade and I ain't gonna, the green arrival times on the home page which I've relied upon are now mostly that depressing pale grey that means it's only an estimate and the bus may not even be running - the list goes on - please improve this or I'll have to delete ### 1/5 — Paid for a useless app *2025-03-04, version 2025.1.10* The sydney transport app is a waste of time ghost buses and buses that arrive but not appear on app ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-12-19, version 2024.6.3* The App bears no relation to reality. Even the train signage said the train was going in the wrong direction. Driver was 10 mins late waiting on his phone before he decided to start the service. Rough ride - heavy on the breaks. Half the lights on the bus not working. An annoying glitch. For example, this morning I caught an earlier than usual train from Edgecliff. The app told me the train would arrive at Central on platform 8 and that the next connection was from platform 25. Also I had paid for the Pro account which is active until 2027 yet this stopped working after a few weeks of not using the app as I was travelling away from Sydney and when I came back to use it I kept being asked to sign up Pro again. When the app worked it was good but sadly it just didn't work majority of the time. ### 1/5 — Least reliable transport app *2026-03-05, version 2026.2* Over 50 percent of the trips that I have taken have given completely inaccurate ETA’s of when the transport was arriving at the stop. No difference for the Pro version … confused what I paid for. ### 1/5 — Charged me $35 without notification! *2026-01-31* I visited Sydney for a short holiday and downloaded this app for the free week whilst I was in Sydney. I typed in my bank details but then deleted them prior to submitting as I did not want to provide them. I also thought that I would receive notification when my free trial was up. On returning home to Qld I went to delete the app only to discover that I had been charged $35 for an annual subscription which is of no use to me! I had never entered my bank details on my phone prior to this and never will again. I fail to understand how this money could have been taken out of my account when I did not actually click enter to submit my bank details. ### 1/5 — Sigh *2026-01-16, version 2026.1.1* So update.....
