I am so thankful on SYJ’s yoga platform, not only allows me to be anywhere in the world enjoying a live class, but also at anytime as the library provides different options and great flexibility on length of time to type of class.

I have been a student at SYJ for about 18 months, initially inspired to join by Holly K and Ranjini. Over this time, I have been and continue to be taking classes from my home with a very occasional in person class at Gray Barns. There is a wide range of yoga practices and teaching styles, with so
much encouragement to listen to one’s body as well as to try new poses. Namaste.

So grateful to be taking SJY classes again!! I have missed the top notch instruction, centering, and class pace that is practically unique to this studio and does wonders for every practice. ❤️ I hope many across the country and the world take the opportunity to practice with Donna and team.

SYJ instructors and classes are phenomenal.  So being able to drop in, get centered and feel my breath wherever I am with all my favorite yogis is a blessing!  Thank-you Donna and everyone at SYJ for spreading the sweet vibe to your tribe.

The best, most holistic classes for whatever your body needs, however much time you have, and whatever mood you’re in! The app is beautiful and user-friendly, live classes are seamless, and the on-demand library is full of offerings for when you can’t make a live class. Thank you Donna and the whole SYJ team (big shout out to Anna and Renee who converted me!) for bringing me to such a wonderful yoga practice. My body and mind thank you all.

SYJ’s classes are consistently wonderful, and the new app makes it so easy to take my favorite classes without looking at my work computer. I live in California where there are a million studios, and I still love SYJ’s vibe best.
