It has a lovely warm and welcoming feel. Our children particularly liked sleeping in the bunk beds and it was nice being so close to the Forest of Dean. It had everything we could possibly need, with all the amenities you could want, really comfortable beds, great TVs and a lovely, comfortable sofa area to relax in. We also met Jack, the owner, who was really helpful and welcoming and made us feel at home from the start. It was perfect for our two Maltese, as dogs are very welcome and the garden is safely enclosed, which gave us real peace of mind. 🐾❤️ The location was brilliant too, with lovely pubs and restaurants within easy reach, making it so convenient for going out and enjoying Narberth. A really comfortable, welcoming and dog-friendly cottage in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ### 1/5 — Customer assistance *2026-08-06* This is my second time renting with Sykes and have run into the same problem each time. I have called for customer assistance (during business hours) and been referred to the online messenger. Each the messenger says an agent will be right with me. It has been four messages and two days and no response. The same with the last time I rented either them. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.
