Sylacauga Utilities Board recently announced the release of the company’s phone app called Mobile Customer Access (MCA). This phone application builds on the customer’s ability to access their account 24 hours a day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. Cant sign in anymore *2025-02-01* Used this app once a month for 3 years to pay our bill then they updated it for “security” (who is breaking in to utility accounts?) and now it just doesn’t even work. ### 1/5 — Sign in is a no go *2024-02-17* Might be a good app…….i wouldn’t know because I haven’t been able to sign in since this app was released and no one at the utility knows how to help either… I have been as far as contacting app developer but still no luck.
