The foundation is good on this one folks 👌 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Abandoned app, money stuck *2024-12-11* Sylo seems to have been completely abandoned and the app no longer functions. Not sure how it’s still allowed to live on the app store at this stage… I recently made the mistake of sending Bitcoin to the wallet thinking I could transfer it out. If you try sending to any other wallet you receive a generic “failed” error. When clicking the option to report the issue, you receive a “failed to submit ticket” error. The old Telegram group was abandoned and merged into some random NFT discord but there is no support there either. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and throw your money away. ### 1/5 — Sylo stuck *2024-04-03* Can’t transfer Sylo out of this „wallet“ because I need to add $25 in ethereum to pay the fees. Truely innovative… ### 1/5 — DON’T BUY *2021-04-13, version 3.0.19* I DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS. THIS IS MY FIRST APP REVIEW! I just had to warn people before they downloaded and tried to use this app. Fees are not set and REALLY HIGH! I was planning to use this to store my gains from Cashapp. Thank God I found something else after my first transfer. They already set the BTC price for incoming deposits really high and the withdraws very low but also have the nerve to charge (at one time) MORE than 100% of my wallet to transfer it out!
