If you’re going to advertise state of the art integration easy startup and functionality then your product should work. Please download the latest version and check it out. ### 1/5 — Symbio-please fix your app *2024-11-21* This app requires you to toggle on “Allow apps to request to track.” HOWEVER, if your device is a company owned device managed with an MDM such as Apple Business Essentials, this feature cannot be toggled on. Considering it’s a commercial app, I’d suspect that most company devices are managed devices. I confirmed with Apple this privacy setting cannot be toggled on in settings. Therefore, employees would have to install this app on their personal devices and toggle the privacy setting on in order to use the Symbio app. I checked on my own personal device whether I have this setting toggled on. I don’t! That means I’ve been able to use 100’s of apps without having to toggle this on, but Symbio still hasn’t fixed theirs??? **Developer response:** Version 2.0.4 includes a fix for the app tracking issue. Click on the Symbio app icon & a page appears of a multi story glass building. Nothing else appears. No option to navigate anywhere else. Removed the app multiple time & downloaded again. I can never get into customer polarity option and occasionally the Home Screen will give data. I can sometimes use the service screen. Must uninstall reinstall every day.
