Their website is largely non-functional, takes forever to load a page, tells me I have no claims when I have a confirmation email and claim number, and won't load my profile at all.  Tried the app, and it tells me my credentials are wrong when they work just fine on their website.  Symetra, how can I trust an insurance company that can't even keep their website and app functional?

Is there a new Symetra app? Since the new download I can’t access login information. Says: something went wrong, and once I put forgot password does same thing.
