Last 2 weeks I have to use a few hours to stable the network and it's sucks. I never given any good or bad reviews for any VPN company but this is the first time I lost a lot of times and effort for them. Most importantly the support teams are not available in the weekends or very often, they hold me for a day not for hours or minutes. Lol I need to hold my internet for days!!! This is extremely disappointing, as your app clearly advertised that refunds are available if cancelled within 7 days—there was no mention that discounted purchases are excluded from this policy. The discount was part of your own promotion, and nowhere during the purchase process was I informed that it would void the refund eligibility. This feels misleading and unfair. I am requesting a full refund, as I have not used the service successfully and reported the issue within the stated refund period. If you just try free version you'll know what I'm saying and with what authenticity. Firstly it would prompt users to configure the VPN on iPhone device, thereafter when you wish to use it say in a public location where you wish to hide your real IP Address that would not happen rather you are exposed to millions of unknown random online hackers in a remote controlled region.
