The mobile app seems like a kludge that is tacked on to BlackBerry Work, which I no longer even use.

If you have the luxury of not using this tool, you are a lucky person. It is buggy, bad, slow and featureless. Not a single day without several crashes whilst doing work. 

The only thing this app does well, is, nothing.
