I got a new phone in February and the app installed on the new phone but won’t allow me access to my paid subscription. I try to “Manage” my account and it takes me to a blank screen that says “cannot load.” I click on “retry” over and over and nothing happens. Waste of $30. For the month I had the app, it was pretty good, I like having the SOC protocols on the go. But for $30 I’d rather carry my book around. ### 2/5 — Problematic *2022-02-28* The app is very expensive. I had difficulties opening up one of the apps features. I tried eventually to delete the app and then re-download it. This is after I had paid for the yearly subscription. The app has the audacity when I re-download it to ask me to pay it again just to access it. But I’m not sure what I paid for since I can’t access any of the information on it. So disappointed ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — You can only use it if you pay for it *2024-06-01* It’s lame ### 1/5 — Used to LOVE this app till the updates *2023-10-27* I can’t get anything to load since the updates, my subscription is also paid for till May 2024 😭😭 Looks as though it will ONLY work if you have an iPhone 16. So sad. Glad I at least have the book. ### 1/5 — Recent update no way to restore access *2023-08-04* Every update of the app closes access and I had to delete the app, re-download it and restore my purchase, but not this time. This time there’s no way to restore purchase. There’s no such option in Settings. I have a yearly subscription paid in March 2023. Support suggests to subscribe again telling that my current subscription will get canceled and I’ll get a refund. When trying to purchase subscription again, I receive a message that I am already subscribed and I have an option to cancel my current subscription. But if I cancel my current subscription, it will cancel only future payments and my current subscription will stay active till March 2024. I also can’t ask for a refund - Apple doesn’t accept claims older than 3 months. So I have a paid subscription till March which I can’t get refunded. And I have no access to a service I subscribed to since the app’s been upgraded with no option to restore my purchase. ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible *2022-10-12* I just got the email the my subscription renewed and I am STILL unable to use the app. When I try to open the protocols, it prompts me to choose a subscription! (And I purchased one last year).. I had this issue after only 2 weeks of having this app- I emailed the company. No one has been able to do anything… so now.. I’m at $60 wasted dollars. I will not recommend this app to ANYONE. Save your money. Especially the search tool! *2021-11-03, version 1.4* I’ve had to create my own spreadsheet to cross reference protocols and oils and conditions, but this app is amazing and so easy to use. And it works! Not just copy and pasted textbook “herb” to conditions, but doTERRA essential oils specific uses. You guys really did your work - In creating a beautiful app and also, of course, with SOC and coordinating with the supplements uses. I will share this with everyone I share the oils with.
