Slow and buggy- trying to see one’s own schedule usually doesn’t work. Even the desktop app is slow. I suspect that the coders were not very skilled. Interface is awkward. I’m stuck with this since it’s what my department uses.

New updates introduce new bugs that make the app less usable, like the search function disappearing one update, following by latest update breaking default settings and the app thinks you’re logging in for the very first time every time, requiring accepting privacy settings every time you login. Stop updating and breaking the app! Very basic stuff.

So it allows you to access the schedule. Great. No dynamic font supports. Tiny names I can’t see. Can’t pinch to zoom. Can’t flip phone to benefit from wider layout. Can’t search. Names on schedule are non-clickable, to find all occurrences.  It’s a spreadsheet in the wrapper of an iOS app. That’s is. If you have choice, stay away. But then again, if you’re reading this, you must use Spinfusion crappy products. So, you have no choice but to use this app. As a result, they have ZERO incentive to improve.

Every time I try to scroll up or down on the schedule with my finger it opens up a side bar with the day my finger just happens to be on.  This makes viewing the schedule nearly impossible without numerous attempts.  Yes it may be too sensitive but overall seems like a major design flaw.  This needs to be addressed asap.  The old spinfusion app worked perfectly and you could even change the schedule from monthly to weekly as needed.  Please fix this.

The app is too sensitive to open up each individual date for details. As I simply try to scroll up and down through the monthly page, it will often open up the date in the area I use to “grab” the page. This was not a problem with Spinfusion. Please update!

It would be much better if the default wasn’t the “Leave” schedule. I’m literally never checking to see who is out on PTO. I’m checking to see my current schedule and who I’m working with. Please change the default.

I appreciate the addition of FaceID to login and other user friendly features. Most recent update seems to have broken the search function when searching for names of individuals or specific assignments on any given date. Please fix!

Each time they modify the software, it becomes more difficult to use.  

Gone is your ability to zoom out and see the entire calendar.  This functionality was replaced with a framed design, where you can only scroll up or down through the calendar.  

Quick pop up lists of personnel?  Gone.  Now you get the full, lengthy lists that contain information you don’t need, like everyone’s cell phone, pager, and email address.  

It’s as if the people making the updates never actually try them out, to see if they make the software easier.
