HOW YOU'RE DOING, NOT HOW OFTEN YOU SHOW UP Symponia asks how you're feeling when you arrive, and again after you've talked. Over a week you see the difference between the two. This deliberately replaces the streak. A streak measures how obedient you've been. This measures whether the thing is working — which is the only question that matters, and the only one most apps are careful never to ask. If there isn't enough there to say something honest, it says nothing. It will not draw you a confident line through two points.
