## What is Sympto Stars?

Sympto Stars, the premium successor app to Sympto Free.

30-day trial period free of charge, including 15 days of personal advice.

Created by the Swiss SymptoTherm Foundation, sympto® integrates the sympto® School consisting of an international team of certified instructors, a virtual training platform, and the app Sympto Stars that displays your fertility status in real time by interpreting your biomarkers.

Sympto Stars assesses your fertility status by correlating your estrogen marker and your progesterone marker (cervical mucus and temperature) and does not rely on problematic predictive algorithms. 

When you register for your account, you receive 15 days of free personal guidance by a natural family planning instructor. Later you can choose a supscription for future months of additional instruction. You have the option to purchase the app without any instruction.

- Sympto Stars offers modes for different cycle situations: pregnancy, breastfeeding and perimenopause.

- A Pilot mode option guides you through your first cycle with instructional prompts every step of the way. This can be switched to Expert mode when you are more advanced in your skills, after you complete your training.

- Easy-to-use icons that represent your cervical fluid observations in categories relevant to your fertility status.

- Billings- or Temperature-only modes can be activated to bridge difficult cycles..

- Qualified instructors in a number of languages

- Complete instructional text available in several languages

- Printable cyclograph PDF function

- After a 6-month training you receive a certificate of competence in cycle literacy

-  Display of moon phases and basic smileys help you see yourself in harmony with the universe

Information about purchasing the app:

- In order to use the app, you must purchase a subscription.
- The first 30 days are free of charge after which your selected subscription will be charged to your account.
- You must register your account and confirm your email address in order to use the app
- Your subscription automatically renews monthly, biannually or yearly depending on the subscription you select, according to App Store policy.
- You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription in your iTunes account.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable.
- The advice products available in the shop on sympto.ch are of a voluntary nature and are not necessary for the use/function of the APP. The consulting services are only available via the website and not in the app.

The subscription includes a 30-day trial period, including 15 days of instruction. Renews itself automatically. A valid subscription grants you access to all premium features such as the entire PDF cycle chart, message box, introduction video and the Symptothermal Manual. The subscription does not include any counseling services.

Je débute sur cette application, mais je la trouve très bien, actuellement je suis en train de lire leur manuel, la sympto thermie complète . Je suis très heureuse d’avoir découvert cette méthode 🙏 il y a 15 jours offerts avec une conseillère en symptothermi, ce qui est très appréciable. car trouver une conseillère près de chez soi ce n’est pas forcément  simple.

Je suis ravie d’avoir découvert la symptothermie. J’ai été accompagnée plusieurs mois par une conseillère afin d’être à l’aise avec la méthode. J’ai découvert énormément de choses sur mon cycle. La méthode, une fois comprise, est simple à appliquer. Ma conseillère était vraiment super, toujours à l’écoute et prête à répondre à mes questions.

Cette application a été développée spécifiquement pour la pratique de la Symptothermie et elle est très fiable. Sans fioritures, elle nous guide pour faciliter l’interprétation et éviter les erreurs. Je recommande quand même d’être accompagnée par une conseillère de la Fondation SymptoTherm pour l’utiliser comme contraception et être sure de ce qu’on fait.

Une app qui m’accompagne au quotidien depuis presque 2 ans, après une formation avec une conseillère Sympto. Je suis ravie d’avoir découvert  une méthode contraceptive naturelle, fiable et sans aucun effets secondaire  qui me convient sur le long terme.

Même si le nom de l’app a changé entre-temps, je l’utilise depuis 2014 et j’en suis ravie.
Au début vous êtes accompagnée pour ne pas commettre d’impairs 😅 et ce jusqu’à votre entière autonomie.
La symptothermie est une méthode simple et fiable.  Sympto stars est un support solide et efficace de suivi et de mise en œuvre.
