Not very impressed and it's not user friendly. I wouldn't recommend this app to keep track of health issues or symptoms.

I was looking for an overall symptom tracker. I like this because I can input symptoms that happen to me and not include ones I don’t need. I like that you can also rate each one from 0-10 as well as add note later and also write down food entries. Almost perfect except it would be nice if there was a monthly sort of view where one can see “Wow I had 10 headaches in January and they were all 5 and above” or something like that. Quantity and severity chart would make this app perfect. But still very useful. A search feature would be nice too such as if I typed in “headache” maybe it would show the last few entries i made with headaches and what dates they were. I have a chronic illness and unfortunately need to keep track of things more than the average person, so Thanks for building this!

My doctor is always asking me to keep track of my symptoms and what I’ve eaten, what supplements I’ve recently changed- all the details- and I am the worst at keeping track of any of it. This app asks me (yes literally asks me so I don’t have to type) and records all of the info for me and makes it so easy so I can seamlessly share with my doctor. Thank you for building this!
