The Symptom Tracker: Northwestern University is a short health questionnaire which must be taken daily and/or prior to all members of the community and general public -- student, staff, faculty, visitor, contractor, or other – attending on-campus programming or activities including classes. It will reveal any potential symptoms which would indicate that someone cannot visit or come onto campus. My old app worked fine, until it didn’t so I deleted it and thought I’d reinstall. BIG mistake! Now it’s a different app that won’t even let me sign in with my credentials. It says to check my internet and retry. My internet is fine.
