Great app ! Clean, logical, user friendly.
I use it every day to track and be reminded of my meds and my symptoms as well - Congrats on a well thought out design!

It makes tracking my symptoms very straightforward, and being able to track daily habits like the food I eat, my mood, and medication in one place is great for follow-ups with my doctor. The charts are super helpful for seeing whether my symptoms are improving or not.
