### 4/5 — Very helpful

*2026-08-16, version 5.1*

It’s easy to track my symptoms. Thank you and I like the report that it generates for my dr to see.
I would like to say also when you change your phone, it does not allow you to transfer your information. I had to buy my Symptom Tracker over again. I think that’s a good bug to fix.

### 3/5 — Manage your data easily

*2026-08-03, version 5.1*

Easy to add symptoms and to change their order as they come and go. Also simple to rate symptoms. Can add notes to each day. Useful to make a note of symptoms in this way ahead of GP appointments or when trying to link with lifestyle to determine cause and effect.

### 4/5 — Helpful app

*2026-06-25, version 5.1*

This app is super helpful unlike a lot of other symptom trackers it doesn’t have everything locked behind a paywall. What it does ask you to pay for is reasonable. but you can just as easily use it without paying and have enough features to make it worth having the app. Although I have 2 suggestions. I’ve noticed that the insights don’t quite make sense because they don’t start at the beginning of a month they sort of just start with whatever the last 30 days or whatever the last 90 days are and typically it’s more helpful for people tracking their symptoms to have actual dates. Like for 30 days to be the beginning of the month to the end of the month. The other thing I would suggest is allowing the user to choose colors for those insights, right now it’s all purple blue green… but they’re all sort of similar shades which can make it hard to tell what’s what. So, I think it would be easier for the user to be able to choose the different colors especially since this is a symptom tracking app I feel like it should be more accessible in that way.

### 5/5 — Highly recommend

*2026-06-23, version 5.1*

It’s helped a lot. I used so many different types of tracking and this is the only one that has fully helped and I’ve stuck with, it’s so easy to set up and use. It is the only thing I’ve been consistent with and has truely helped me with medical issues.

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2026-06-17, version 5.1*

It’s easy to track my symptoms. Thank you and I like the report that it generates for my dr to see.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-06-17, version 5.1*

This has been so helpful for me to track my autoimmune flares.

### 5/5 — Great graphing!

*2026-06-17, version 5.1*

Love the visuals of symptoms over time in multiple time frame options

### 5/5 — Helpful to track symptoms

*2026-06-15, version 5.1*

Very helpful features. Easy to use.

### 4/5 — It’s fine

*2026-06-13, version 5.1*

I have not used a Symptom Tracker app before so I don’t know what to compare it to, but it seems to do the job. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out how to do things on the app, but it’s fine.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-06-11, version 5.1*

I was trying to find something that was easy to setup , intuitive, concise, and this app was it. After trying several orders, this is the one I finally settled on. I would highly recommend it.

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2026-05-30, version 5.1*

This has been so helpful in finding patterns in my pain!

### 4/5 — Good but not great

*2026-05-19, version 5.1*

The tracker works, but it’s not great. If you have several issues, this app becomes cumbersome, fast.

### 5/5 — Flexibel anpassbar!

*2026-05-18*

### 5/5 — Helping Me Keep Track

*2026-05-17, version 5.1*

Easy to use and super helpful. I wouldn’t be able to track everything without this app!

### 5/5 — Super App

*2026-05-11*

Sehr unkompliziert Handhabung.

### 5/5 — Closest app to long discontinued SYMPLE, tracking health app, simple not burdened with needless data

*2026-05-09, version 5.1*

Closest app to the long discontinued SYMPLE, my FAV!!, tracking app, for my 11y multiple stroke+endless TIA history

### 4/5 — Helpful when I use it!

*2026-05-09, version 5.1*

Hard to stay disciplined but it does help!

### 4/5 — So far so good

*2026-05-08, version 5.1*

I like this app to try to keep track of all my symptoms. I do wish I could go back and change my symptom trackers to numbers though. There just isn’t an option to do that I don’t think.

### 5/5 — Simple and highly effective

*2026-05-06, version 5.1*

I was looking for an easy way to track my chronic illness symptoms and this is by the easiest, most adaptable and straightforward.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not free

*2026-06-19, version 5.1*

You have to pay for this and it is advertised as free.

### 1/5 — Basically paywalled🫩

*2026-03-21, version 5.1*

you literally have to have "premium" in order to track your symptoms anything else but the severity of it. the whole point is to track.your.symptoms. why am i having to pay on a free app to do that? at that point just make the whole app its self cost money.

### 1/5 — Charged for subsciption on day 1 of 7-day free trial

*2026-01-24, version 4.4*

I've been looking for a new traking app to replace the highly customizable one I have been using but is no longer available. His one looked promising. After going through the initial screens I was faced with a paywall for either monthly or annual sub. Since there was a free trial, I felt comfortable signing up for the annual, because I could cancel if it didn't work for me.

I got charged immediately $39.95 +tax. After trying the app for a few minutes, I realized it woldn't work and I immediately canceled my sub through the Apple App store subscriptions, and deleted the app. My credit card was charged over $40 for a non existent free trial. Ther is no info to contact the developer, so hopefully he will see this and getthis resolved.

### 1/5 — Not as expected

*2026-01-04, version 4.3*

Tracking symptoms is not as easy as putting them in once and then marking the option. I’m using an iPhone 16 and I have to put in the name of the symptom every time. I was also charged 9.99 the first day when it advertised seven days free then 9.99.
I took screenshots of the purchase page.
I don’t plan on exploring the app any further at this point given two big issues right off the bat

### 1/5 — Free version not worth it

*2025-11-20, version 4.2*

Unless you can pay for the full app, the free version isn’t worth it.

### 1/5 — Could not sign up

*2025-11-02, version 4.2*

Sign up button won’t let me select

### 1/5 — Limitations

*2025-10-05, version 4.1*

Can’t record more than one symptom per day.

### 1/5 — Obscene monthly cost

*2025-06-01, version 4.1*

I will pay to download this app but this is something I will use every day of my life for years. I refuse to pay a monthly subscription. Good old paper notebooks are basically free.

Bring a lifetime subscription or simply charge $.99, $10 or $20 for download the app like we used to do for ALL apps.

### 1/5 — Not a functional app

*2025-05-12, version 4.1*

I tested the free version of the app, but it’s worthless. It allows you to enter a symptom/treatment but that’s it. It has options to mark the severity that don’t actually work. If the basic utility of the free version doesn’t work I’m not wasting time and money buying the subscription. Do better!

### 1/5 — Old, looks bad

*2025-04-06, version 4.1*

Lacking many core features and everything requires update including your own health history. Not enjoyable.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2026-08-25, version 5.1*

Very good product if you have chronic illness

### 5/5 — Flexible

*2026-08-21, version 5.1*

I really like that I can make my own categories, with three choices of how I assess each category. Then I can include my medications as well and supplements so that I can see a pattern between what I’m taking and what I’m experiencing. It’s so hard to know if what I’m perceiving overtime is actually what’s happening day-to-day. This gives me a way to get some objective reality around my daily energy and fatigue, etc..

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2026-08-21, version 5.1*

It’s easy to track my symptoms. Thank you and I like the report that it generates for my dr to see.
I would like to say also when you change your phone, it does not allow you to transfer your information. I had to buy my Symptom Tracker over again. I think that’s a good bug to fix.

### 5/5 — User friendly app

*2026-08-12, version 5.1*

Very easy to navigate

### 5/5 — Just what I needed

*2026-08-05, version 5.1*

Very flexible even with the free version.

### 5/5 — Good tool for tracking

*2026-08-05, version 5.1*

I used this for myself to communicate while healing after an injury with my PT and doctor. Solid!

### 5/5 — Make it your own

*2026-07-29, version 5.1*

I love that I get to put the symptoms I want to track into this and see patterns that happen over the week or month.

### 5/5 — Simple. Very flexible app

*2026-07-20, version 5.1*

Easy to use and so easy to add the never ending symptoms and flares of autoimmune disease. You could get prettier but this is all you need for doctors/consultants. Well done!

### 5/5 — Helps

*2026-07-05, version 5.1*

Helps for reporting to doctors

### 5/5 — Highly Doable

*2026-06-25, version 5.1*

Really liking this and glad I found it. I chose it for its straightforward instructions and ability to update. What I would like to see added is a scale system- there’s a big difference between mild and moderate especially with symptoms that overlap. Thanks for including a notes section. This helps in filling in some details.
