### 5/5 — Most userful health / medical app ever!

*2009-02-24, version 0*

This native application is better than others available because it does not rely on an internet connection and has excellent information. I first used it for a sore throat and followed the instructions for fast relief. I wish I had this app on previous camping and hiking adventures. The insect bite and injury topics would have been much appreciated, especially in out of network areas. Now I ready for my future vacations and everyday health situations.

### 5/5 — Peace of mind for a mom

*2009-02-24, version 0*

I'm a mom with three active kids. We've been through strep throat, penicillin allergies, fevers and a broken arm. I love having the instant, easy access to information about their health and when I should call their doctor. I always have my phone with me at home and when we travel.

### 5/5 — Untitled

Amazing app! Clear, well organized, easy to read. Takes guess work out of when to visit doctor or emergency room. Should be part of everyone's virtual first aid kit!!!

### 5/5 — Great Application

*2009-02-23, version 0*

This is a great application. The interface is intuitive and leads quickly to useful information. I also like the fact that it tells you if you should seek immediate medical care or it is okay to wait until the doctor's office is open.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2009-02-21, version 0*

This app is fantastic. It's full of useful home care info for common stuff like bee stings and infections. I wish I had this app when I had discovered a rash on my arm a few days ago. Turned out to be a spider bite which this app tells you what it looks like and how to treat. Would have saved me a trip to the doctor!

### 1/5 — a disappointment

*2011-01-02, version 0*

One, thats ONE symptom listed for upper abdomen pain. are you kidding me? maybe its good for kids, but that doesnt apply to my needs. I am an adult male. and this was a disappointment of an app.

### 1/5 — Limited

*2010-07-23, version 0*

There are very few symptoms to search through. I was hoping for a mote extensive database.

### 1/5 — Very disappointing

*2010-05-27, version 0*

Not helpful for my problem.

### 1/5 — Nurse

*2009-06-28*

Not what I expected, not enough information, actually not very helpful. It does not tell you possible diagnosis it will just guide you when to phone 911 or a doctor.I think most people know when to seek help.

### 3/5 — Not enough

*2024-08-11, version 6.4*

This app only allows one symptom

### 3/5 — Not entirely great

*2009-07-31, version 0*

I got this a while ago. On first trial I can't get it to find several simple symptoms, such as fatigue or weakness, using several synonyms.
Also - I want to check dosages but it only wants to show me child dosages even though I've told it I'm adult female.
Can't use the recently viewed symptom feature - no response. The nearby care map show pins for several businesses unrelated to health care.
Some bug fixes and database additions would make this a four or five star app.

### 5/5 — Love his app!

*2017-02-23, version 5.0*

As a former Triage Nurse I am often contacted by family and friends for advice. I use this app as a reference to be sure my recommendations are accurate, safe, and up to date.

### 5/5 — Triage Nurse Approved!!

*2016-07-20, version 5.0*

Excellent layout, super straight forward! We use identical protocols in offices and triage companies I work with, and this layout is by far the most direct & user friendly of them all!!

### 5/5 — Symptommd Fan

*2009-05-01, version 0*

This is a tremendous app. Easy to follow, easy peace of mind when you are not near a computer, and great help locating Drs if you are away from home.

### 5/5 — Father of two boys

*2009-04-30, version 0*

Being a father of two wild boys, this software has been helpful at the park when the youngest took a bad fall and I wanted to know if we should be heading to the hospital. Question answered and we were on the move again. I am sure many more situation will arise in the future.
Thanks for creating such a great application!

### 5/5 — SymptomMD

Have five kids in their teens & 20's. Those that have iPhones use this app. Those that don't use it through me! With limited time and budgets, this app gives us all easy-to-follow steps to make decisions about any aches and pains. Furthermore, it eases our anxieties-- and that in and of itself is a blessing!

### 5/5 — Best diagnosis app - and it is native

*2009-04-09, version 0*

Great and stable application. I wish I would have had something like this when my children were growing up. With 9 grandchildren I am sure it will get plenty of use. As far as price goes it would be an amazing buy at 3 times the price!

### 5/5 — Very useful!

*2009-03-16, version 0*

Well written, easy to use app- well worth the download!

### 5/5 — Ale

Nice app I work for a doctor and this is useful.

### 5/5 — Excellent and helpful

*2009-03-01, version 0*

This app is great for figuring out when to make a doctor's appointment and when to treat it at home. As a self-proclaimed hypochondriac, I really appreciate knowing that there is no need to freak out and how to treat conditions by myself.

The pictures are really helpful too!

### 5/5 — Father of Four

*2009-02-24, version 0*

I LOVE THIS APP! Having four kids, ages ranging from 3 to 16, I've got my hands full. It seems every other day I'm dealing with bloody noses, ear aches, stomach pains, headaches, menstral issues (two teenage daughters) - you name it, I deal with it. When my yougest would have an ear ache, and fluid was draining from the ear canal, I used to plug the ear - UNTIL THIS APP SHOWED ME WHY THAT'S a mistake! And even explained why it was a mistake. And that's why I chose this app over other medical apps - this app COMMUNICATES to me. It doesn't give me some bland, encyclopedic background on a particular disease - it tells me what to do and when to do it. It's like having a hospital in my pocket! I rarely write reviews, but this app is without question a resource that will be used over and over again. GET IT!
