## What is SymTrend?

SymTrend empowers you to manage your health! You will understand your patterns of symptoms, triggers of difficulty, & whether treatments are working.

Monitor:
• Energy, anxiety, & mood fluctuations.
• Pain intensity, triggers, and impact.
• Symptoms that interrupt sleep.
• Links to Health app data upon request.

Don’t try to keep the details in your head about what you are feeling or what is going on around you!
• Report about issues as things happen. A few taps is all it takes and your app accurately records the information for you.
• See what you did to deal with problems the last time it happened and how well it worked.
• Determine possible triggers – lack of sleep, stress, the environment.
• Connect your diary to the Health App info about vitals, sleep, blood sugar, and step count and determine relationships between diary responses and health information. Ask support@symtrend.com for the link.
• Find out if the medications, diets, or supplements are effective.

Select an electronic diary for depression, neurological problems, women's health, chronic pain, ADHD, or the autism spectrum and get guidance to manage your own care. Customize your app by contacting SymTrend support.

When you have time, sync the data to the symtrend.com website. Get comprehensive reports there about the information you entered.

### 5/5 — Useful, informative and easy

*2012-10-25, version 1.12*

This is a valuable monitoring tool with an easy interface. As someone who craves simplicity, this app is easy to use and do on the fly. It is perfect for busy people while being useful and informative.

### 1/5 — Really

*2012-08-06, version 1.10*

I need something like this to track chronic pain in a child and you are going to charge me? Is it free or for a fee! Make up your mind and tell me before I give you personal information! So upset with you.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app!

*2011-10-19, version 1.9*

Extremely useful

### 1/5 — Stupid app

*2011-09-03, version 1.9*

Just a template to be uploaded to web site ...
Defeats purpose of having apps on your ipad, that you can view results, since have to go to web site to view results.
Plus have to pay $10 every 6 months..

### 1/5 — Bad idea

*2011-07-15, version 1.9*

Not a good "trial" at all! You can only try out the ones THEY want you to try out.
Uninstall!

### 1/5 — Bait & switch!

*2011-03-27, version 1.9*

Purported to be free, but after installing, you are required to provide a lot of personal info to register wih the site, then agree to their TOS, and THEN they tell you the app is only a 7 day trial, and then you must subscribe through their website to continue.

Privacy terms not clearly stated at all.

And as previosly commented, you can only list one health condition to trend. In theory, I would have like to have trended maybe 4 conditions from their extremely limited list.

Couldn't uninstall fast enough. Wish they didn't have my name, birthdate, e-mail, and other identifying info.

Watch out for this one!

### 3/5 — Could be better if...

*2011-03-16, version 1.9*

I really like this app but I wish you could pick more than one criteria at the beginning. What if you want to log aspergers AND depression symptoms? If you can't look at the whole picture of what's happening with you then you really can't do alot with the data.

### 4/5 — Simple Interface

*2010-06-29, version 0*

I looked all over for an app like there, there's not much out there and most/all include the use of elementary smiley faces! Trying to figure out psychological symptoms and patterns is not something that should be done with only 3 options (Really happy, blah, and suicidal). This app is heads and shoulders above the rest and with a few tweaks it would be a complete knock out!

Please give us the ability to see the graphs from our phone and most importantly give us the ability to make notes on the symptoms we are feeling which will allow us to follow trigger patterns!

### 5/5 — Very nice and customizable

*2010-04-17, version 0*

Yeah, so you have to have an account at their site, but $10 per half-year is nothing compared to the value of this recording tool. I've been looking for a good way to record my mood changes, behaviors, and symptoms... beyond insulting smiley faces and pointlessly vague number scales. I finally found it with this app. Also, they have a number of other rating tools so you can remove what you don't need and add something you think might apply to you. (For example, maybe you don't need to track self-harm with your depression, but you do need to track anxiety. No problem! Just pick what you need at the website and it'll apply your changes to the app!) No, you can't see the graphs or log analysis through the app, but you can get the most importand part: easy instant recording of your data. Really, a good app. (Only change I would make is to have the navigation between questionaire pages be a little more consistent.) Try it; if you're serious about tracking, you won't be disappointed.

### 4/5 — Got it to work..

*2010-02-05, version 0*

After installing and registering an account there was only a button for the user guide and a bar at the bottom reading (null)(null).
Uninstalling and re-installing it got things working.
