Worked well before but the last update got rid of my servers and the app is much smaller than my phone’s screen.

Didn't really understand what to do you have to be connected to a hospitals wifi network to use it the nearest hospital to me is 45 minutes away

Performance is dependant on the servers you are trying to connect to. Architecture and networking inside that host environment is critical to the user experience.
