### 4/5 — Funktioniert

*2025-01-31*

Inzwischen funktioniert die App ganz gut. Alle paar Wochen muss ich die App installieren und über Google aktualisieren. Ansonsten läuft sie einwandfrei.

### 1/5 — Poor

*2023-06-24, version 2.10*

Very poor, doesn’t sync properly just doesn’t really work.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2023-01-25, version 2.10*

App doesn’t work, when you try to sync it says it’s successfully completed sync immediately but then afterwards it also says that nothing has been synced in the past.

### 1/5 — C’est du vol !!! Nul !!! Ne pas acheter

*2022-11-05*

Ne fonctionne pas alors que payante.
C’est du vol !!!
Vous devriez avoir honte

### 1/5 — This does not work to move weight from health to Fitbit

*2022-09-02, version 2.10*

Have tried FAQ’s resetting, reloading, nada. The Fitbit to health works, but not this one. App support button is broken- hoping to get a refund

### 1/5 — Doesn't work at all

*2022-04-23, version 2.10*

Doesn't work as advertised.. I see 0 steps after repeated attempts at syncing.

### 1/5 — Used to work. May need some updates

*2021-10-23, version 2.9*

As some of the other reviewers noted it used to sync throughout the day but no longer does. It also doesn’t sync steps accurately. For $4.99 and one of the only paid apps it should work much better. I’ve had this app for a long time and it doesn’t feel like the developers have tried to keep I current and fix the bugs.

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money

*2021-10-18, version 2.9*

Occasionally I leave my Fitbit on the charger when I leave home. I got this, hoping I could do what it says it does and move my data from Apple Health to Fitbit. This app is both overly simplistic and tedious. You start on the main screen with a giant Sync Now button. If you do this without taking any additional steps it can erase a lot of data from Fitbit; you have to go to Advanced Settings first and tell it how far back you want it to go. But, oops, actually, now it’s not working at all! “Nothing to Sync!” it says. “Already Synced” it promises. You check Fitbit and nothing has changed, but Apple Health says 8,000 steps. It’s terrible. Save yourself five bucks. Don’t bother.

### 2/5 — Continually loses connection

*2021-07-31, version 2.8*

As the title says - and does not tell you it’s happening. So while it works when it works, it will just stop working for no discernible reason. And this has happened over several months (almost a year) now, so it’s not being fixed in updates.

What happens:
1. Connect Sync Solver to Shapa & Fitbit
2. Sync - for a month or so, works beautifully.
3. Check weight in Apple Health - yep, that also works.
4. Wait.
5. One day, use Sync Solver, get “nothing to sync”
6. Check Apple Health - yep, that still connects fine to Shapa.
7. Check Fitbit - nope, nothing getting synced.
8. Delete Sync Solver.
9. Re-add Sync Solver.
10. Re-connect Sync Solver.
11. Repeat steps 1-10 ad Infinitum, ad nauseam.

### 1/5 — Way to complicated

*2021-07-11, version 2.8*

Good money spend on bad rubbishy. Add a tutorial to the app

### 1/5 — Refund please

*2021-05-29*

I bought this app after getting an Apple Watch to connect my watch to fitbit app. My steps aren’t syncing. It’s not working

### 3/5 — Automatic sync buggy

*2021-03-21*

The automatic syncing always needs me to open the app to log in on Fitbit again. Please use the refresh tokens like they are supposed to be used and do the magic in the background without bothering me with this. Otherwise the piece for the app is not worth the offered features.

### 1/5 — Not a Fan

*2021-03-02, version 2.8*

I have to delete the app and reinstall it every couple months because it says there is nothing to sync. I have an Apple Watch and my work uses Fitbit for their wellness. It is the only reason I use it. It would be great if they could fix the bug that won’t sync data.

### 1/5 — Will not Sync. Period.

*2021-02-26, version 2.8*

Shame on me for paying $5 only to discover it doesn’t work. Do not waste you time and money. I had used the Sync Solver for Fitbit to Health and had a good experience so I decided to try the Sync from Health to Fitbit so I could use my Apple Watch to track but the Fitbit app instead of Health on my phone...mistake! It keeps saying there is nothing to synchronize even though there clearly is.

### 3/5 — Works but not perfect.

*2021-02-12, version 2.8*

Was working ok to sync from tanita app for smart scales. But ofte upgrade, needed to reinstall sync solver.

### 1/5 — Was Great, Stopped Working

*2021-02-11, version 2.8*

It doesn’t sync anymore. I’ve tried the troubleshooting multiple times over the last week and every time I get “Nothing to Sync.”

### 1/5 — Waste of time and money

*2021-01-25, version 2.8*

Does absolutely nothing - won’t sync from any source it gives me including 4 Apple watches (when I only have one!) says no data to syn when I’m sat looking at my watch and it’s saying otherwise! Garbage!! Don’t waste your money!

### 1/5 — Does not do what it’s supposed to down

*2021-01-17, version 2.8*

Horrible

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all

*2026-03-06, version 2.10*

It just syncs nothing

### 1/5 — Crashes with iOS 26

*2025-09-30, version 2.10*

The app will not even open now. Since updating to iOS 26 this app crashes immediately when you try to open it. Doubt the developer does anything as it hasn’t been updated for 4 years. If officially declare this one dead

### 1/5 — Does not sync steps anymore :(

*2025-09-10, version 2.10*

Used to work but wasn’t update for three years and stopped functioning

### 1/5 — サポート放棄？

*2025-09-08*

９月にsyncsolver.comのドメインも利用できなくなり、同期更新できなくなりサポートサイトすら繋がらず

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-07-14, version 2.10*

I only asked for weight data to be transferred from Health to Fitbit. The advanced page is all black. The sync says “nothing to sync”. It hasn’t synced any data. I wouldn’t waste money on this.

### 1/5 — Steps doesn’t sync - 2025

*2025-07-10*

All the other reviews are still accurate. The steps don’t sync. Would like my money back also.

### 1/5 — 使えない

*2025-07-08*

ヘルスケアアプリからFitbitに同期できません。返金してください。

### 1/5 — Worked in the beginning then stopped

*2025-03-15, version 2.10*

Worked when I first got it but stop syncing data since Jan 11

### 1/5 — This app doesn’t do what it says it will?

*2024-10-31, version 2.10*

I bought this app to try to sync my Fitbit data with the Step Up app (it says it will do it indirectly through Apple health) so I don’t have to carry my phone around to participate in a work step challenge. But it doesn’t do this. And there aren’t a lot of settings to troubleshoot with. It just simply does not do what i paid for it to do.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t do what it says it can do

*2024-06-28, version 2.10*

App is supposed to sync data from Apple Health app into Fitbit, but does not do that

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works great

*2021-03-13, version 2.8*

Using for weight syncing

### 5/5 — 思っていた使い方ができた

*2020-05-10*

エレコムの体重計データをfitbitアプリに転送したかったので購入しました。思ったとおりに動いてくれています。

### 5/5 — So far so good!

*2018-08-26, version 2.5*

It does what it says and syncs all data from your health app to Fitbit. It will automatically sync data throughout day but I like to sync it a few times. Steps go right on Fitbit app right away. Doesn’t do it for challenges as they stated but I just wanted it for the weekly steps with friends. Will change star rating if experience any problems but so far so good!

### 5/5 — Works well

*2018-08-24, version 2.5*

I used to have a Fitbit device but switched to a Garmin when the Fitbit fell apart. I think Garmin make better quality devices but I hate their app and love the Fitbit app/dashboard. I had already been using the other sync solver app to sync from Health to Fitbit so I purchased this to sync from my Garmin device to Health for steps. It’s been working great for the last couple of years and the few times I’ve had sync issues I contacted the developer for support and got a response within 24 hours providing an answer that actually resolved the problem.

### 5/5 — Great tool

*2018-04-30, version 2.4*

Syncs my steps from my Gen1 Apple Watch, just gotta make sure you select it as a source!

### 5/5 — Does what I want

*2017-09-10, version 2.4*

It lets me use my iPhone as a tracker for my Fitbit account (when I forget to put my zip on my belt)

### 5/5 — WORKS!!!

*2017-07-06, version 2.4*

Just like the other person, I was hesitant to try this because of the poor reviews l. I couldn't see anything really comparable out there, so I gave it a shot and am happy I did. Works like a charm!!!

### 5/5 — Seems to be working great...

*2017-06-11, version 2.4*

Was hesitant to purchase given the reviews, but decided to try all the same and I am happy that I did. Everything synced seamlessly...👍🏻

### 5/5 — It DOES work!

*2017-05-24*

I just got an Apple Watch but didn't want to stop using my Fitbit. I like them both for different reasons. Fitbit is my "source of truth" for activity.
I don't use both devices at the same time.
I am able to sync my activity (steps) from my watch to the Fitbit app w no problems.
*(saw this on the developers support page after I purchased. Fitbit restriction)The only thing I DON'T like is that it in addition to the overall step count, it adds items to the daily exercise log. It uploads the Apple Watch steps as exercises, 1 per hour. So I have a 7am exercise, 8am exercise, 9am exercise etc with the Apple Watch steps for that hour. (It's not double counting overall steps..it's just showing them as an 'exercise' as well)
I also purchased the Sync for Fitbit to Health for the OTHER items Fitbit has and Health doesn't. Weight etc (from Fitbit Aria scale), sleep from Fitbit auto sleep tracking.
Works great all around! I'm making sure I don't sync the SAME items between both and create an endless loop! :)
I don't use Fitbit challenges so it wasn't a concern for me.
Love it! Thanks!

**Developer response:** Glad you are enjoying the app - remember to tell your Fitbit friends about it!

### 5/5 — It worked for me!!

*2017-04-25*

I'm not looking to do the challlenges in Fitbit. I just needed my Apple Watch to sync to my Fitbit for an app the our Special Olympic athletes use This app syncs with Fit bit but not the Apple Watch. My wife bought me and Apple Watch for my birthday!! I love it but still wanted to be a Unified Partner with my nephews fitness club.

It synced like a charm and all the steps were transferred.
