預約了，顯示時間等，個時間不停延遲，個app又唔會話你知架車位置，而訊息功能又唔知佢睇唔睇到，到打比個司機，佢又話無接過張單，但個app又收左你錢又扣左張優惠券。
未搞就唔好啦！

Tried twice. First time was from YMT to home. Taxi was late but have informed me before and I was willing to wait. Second time, from St Paul hospital to home. The taxi never came. End up cancelling automatically and a $20 coupon was awarded after I complained. Have reservations about using them again.

一早計劃做行程， 3:30坐船， 信德中心碼頭，由於成家有老有少，為咗遵從法例要坐的士，（因為豁免兒童座椅），朝頭早已經預約咗2:30車嚟接我，一早已經走咗落地下大堂等，2:25先俾個訊息，我話張單俾佢哋取消咗，錢又唔退俾我。唔使講以後唔會再用佢哋嘅服務。

The app itself is fine to use, but there are never any cabs. I have tried multiple times, both live and advanced bookings. Not once have I succeeded in getting a ride. Yesterday, I made a booking 2 hours in advanced from north point to happy valley. 5 mins before they cancelled saying no cars available. That’s booked 2 hours in advanced.
