## What is SyncBridge Tasks?

SyncBridge is a simple app for syncing lists between Apple Reminders and Google Tasks.

It is designed for people who use Apple Reminders on their Apple devices and Google Tasks with their Google account, and want to keep basic task information aligned across both services.

Choose one Apple Reminders list and one Google Tasks list, then tap Sync Now. SyncBridge does not automatically guess which lists should be paired. Only the lists you choose are synced.

SyncBridge syncs task titles, notes, completion status, and dates.

In addition to manual sync, SyncBridge can sync when you open or return to the app. You can also use the Sync Now action in Apple Shortcuts to create an automation that runs sync when the Reminders app is opened or closed.

The free version lets you create one sync pair. SyncBridge Pro lets you create multiple sync pairs, so you can sync separate Reminders and Google Tasks lists for different uses.

SyncBridge stores sync settings and task matching information on your device. It does not store your tasks on its own server.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-20

Fixed an issue where sync history was not refreshed after running Sync Now from a Shortcuts automation until the app was restarted. SyncBridge now reloads the latest sync history when the app is opened or brought back to the foreground.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-11

Improved the Google sign-in recovery experience.

Previously, the app could still appear signed in after the Google authentication session had expired. This version now detects expired Google authentication and clearly prompts you to sign in again. Sync pair settings are kept, so syncing can continue after reauthentication.

This update also includes stability improvements.
