## What is Synced?

Never let a follow-up, client request, or task slide again.

Synced is a proactive AI executive assistant designed to automatically turn your everyday messages and emails into structured tasks. By securely connecting to iMessage, Gmail, and Google Drive, Synced monitors for action items, drafts context-aware replies, and builds step-by-step execution plans—giving you a unified command center for everything you need to get done.

Whether it’s a client asking for a proposal, a team member requesting a document search, or a calendar event that needs scheduling, Synced handles the cognitive overhead so you can focus on the work that matters.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Connect Your Channels: Securely link Gmail, iMessage, and Google Drive in seconds.
2. Proactive Detection: Synced's AI monitors incoming communications to extract tasks and deliverables.
3. Automated Implementation Plans: Every task is broken down into structured, actionable steps (replies, calendar events, reminders, and file searches).
4. Approve & Send: Review generated reply drafts and check off steps to complete tasks instantly.

KEY FEATURES:
• AUTOMATED ACTION PLANS: Synced detects commitments in your chats and maps them into clear, step-by-step execution guides.
• PROACTIVE AI REPLIES: Get context-aware, ready-to-send draft replies for key emails and messages. Approve and send with a tap.
• UNIFIED DASHBOARD: Your messages from iMessage and Gmail, organized by context, priority, and required tasks.
• CONTACT INTEGRATION: Seamlessly links with your iOS contacts to match senders to names and photos for a human-centric workspace.
• SECURE & PRIVATE: Your privacy is our priority. Synced acts as a secure intermediary. We only process data to build task plans, and nothing is ever sent or executed without your explicit permission.

Stop working for your inbox. Let your inbox work for you. Download Synced and turn messages into action.
