Invoices — bill your customers and see exactly what you're owed, without leaving Synceipt.

• Create an invoice from your customer and price lists, or upload one you made in another tool and let AI read it in for you.
• Email it straight from your own mail account with the PDF attached — and see at a glance which invoices you created but never actually sent.
• Track Outstanding, Overdue, and Collected at the top of the screen, with aging buckets from "not due" through "90 days+".
• Matching now works on the money-in side too: when a deposit lands, Synceipt offers the invoice it pays and settles it — in full or in part — so paid invoices close themselves.
• Record cash and other non-bank payments, and reverse a bounced or returned one without breaking your books.
• Set up your business details, logo, tax number, invoice numbering, and default payment terms, with a live sample preview.
• Export your payment allocations for your accountant.

Bug fix: Outlook email account status is now more accurate — a connected account no longer shows as "Disconnected" when your email provider sends a routine informational notice (for example, some Microsoft/Outlook accounts show a profile-verification message that doesn't affect syncing).

This update makes it faster to find exactly the receipts and transactions you're looking for, plus improvements to Amazon order-history import.

• Receipts and Transactions now use compact, streamlined filter dropdowns instead of rows of buttons — tap Status, Source, Date (or Type, Review, Sort) to filter in one place.
• Fixed an issue where the Receipts date picker could occasionally fail to appear.
• Cleaned up the Import/Add buttons on the Receipts screen.
• Amazon order-history import now accepts CSV files (more reliable than the previous format), with better date parsing and duplicate handling.
• Added a filter to find receipts imported from Amazon order history.
