It always crashes, uploads photos and reports 4 maybe 5 times a month. Customer service is just as useless as the app. They don’t help at all. ### 1/5 — Get Something Else *2024-06-06* Project switched to Note Vault from ProCore a year into a five year project. It worked ok up until the Merger with Bentley, and has been a joke ever since. App routinely freezes up and you loose what progress you’ve documented, and slower than paint drying when it does work. Recently it loads for about five minutes, then freezes over and over again. Not sure what happened during the change over, but someone should be out of a job. ### 1/5 — WORST PROGRAM EVER *2024-06-06* This is the most pathetic program in existence. It crashes. It stalls. It does anything other than work correctly. Super frustrating! And they just don’t care to fix any part of it. Customer service is a JOKE. Tech support is an even bigger JOKE. Unless you absolutely must use this program, I HIGHLY recommend anything else. Handwriting the daily report would be easier than this program. ### 1/5 — ABSOLOUTLEY TERRIBLE *2024-04-23* terrible customer service terrible app, notevault claims I am using the wrong device (apple iPhone) but yet they offer their app on the App Store. Steer very far away from this junk and glitchy app. IOS devices the reports never upload and disappear. I have to reinstall this app almost daily to get notes to sync. Constant crashing when putting notes in too. ### 1/5 — Use anything but this *2022-07-26* It absolutely does not work as it should. Takes forever to load if it loads, doesn’t save photos, doesn’t save notes. It may show their saved on your device but no one else can access them.There are better apps like Procore for example, that do everything you need. This is not the one to use for anything. Sometimes I wonder if they needed to lose money on something for taxes. ### 1/5 — Forced to change services *2022-07-09* We have been using Notevault with no issues for years and now that it has merged with Bentley it’s been nothing but a headache on both the app and web based program. I am in search for a new platform that actually makes daily reporting easier and not more time consuming like this does ### 1/5 — Help! *2022-05-26* This app is troublesome. Someone needs to “update” their computer software engineer department, with people who KNOW how to design, update and keep a working platform. Please bring back the copy and paste option.
