## What is Synchrotab?

Synchrotab is an IOS app that allows a presenter to broadcast pdf documents on a tablet or iPhone to a group of up to 8 viewer tablets.  The devices communicate via peer-to-peer Wi-Fi, thus eliminating the need for a common network access.  Time stamped records of materials displayed and active participants is supplied as required, together with embedded meeting notes.  The viewer sees a synchronized version of the presenter’s screen with zoom and on-screen mark-up capability.  Multiple documents may be uploaded to the primary device memory via email or external file network, allowing immediate access to an entire library of presentations or reports.  Synchrotab makes its own statement of sustainability while eliminating costly printing and freight charges.  The system was designed in cooperation with a major global investment bank ensuring exacting standards of security and integration with corporate devices.

Any presenter knows the importance of taking control during the meeting. Synchrotab has proven a useful solution for me to reduce paper costs, yes, but most importantly to focus my audience’s attention on the points where I want the focus to be. Only allowing meeting attendees to view the slide that I show them has eliminated any chance of a disengaged listener from flipping through a deck during the meeting, causing more effective sales conversations.

I downloaded this app for my weekly lab meeting. It’s a very powerful app. Viewers can zoom in on individual graphics and take notes right in program. Notes taken during the meeting are sent individually to viewers. It allows the presenter to focus viewers attention on important details. Much more to discover. Highly recommend.
