Drops Chinese letters then locks up. These were a gift so thank goodness for a gift receipt. It still doesn’t work. The app recognizes my socks (sometimes), but the controls have zero functionality. Our app has been optimized to its fullest potential. ### 1/5 — Why on Earth do I need a login? *2025-03-31* I have a pair of electric socks that use this app to control the second-party replacement battery temperature. All of a sudden, I need to have a login and password?! What for? It’s a pair of socks, for crying out loud. And the Create Login function doesn’t even work, so I can’t even if I wanted to. And did you think putting the User Agreement in 2-point type would mean people wouldn’t read it? The App Store says “No data will be collected” and yet the agreement talks about using my location and Facebook account (?!) to provide me with the best customer service. I just want to control the temperature on my socks! If I didn’t know better, I would think this was an attempt by a Chinese company to collect data from Americans… 🤔 I’ll just use the batteries that came with the socks; those have a manual control. **Developer response:** Thank you for comment and sharing your concerns. However, the Scenes functionality is just missing entirely. Only Home and User available. Seems like a handy feature.
