Works great, but watch out: even when not playing it's a constant drain on your battery. Be sure to close it fully!

Tried the app and worked fine but later I saw the app was running on the background non stop after closing it and it drained my battery for about 7 hours , someone needs to fix that.

This works with Ableton Link.
It can control the Korg Volcas and Teenage Engineering PO series also.
Incredibly useful for jamming.

The sync ability is awesome and the fact it can give the volca swing is awesome but give us some different types of swing this one is almost useless

I tried for hours now to get WIST running on iPhone iOS 8.3 for syncing iElectribe with Volca. The remote peer finds the phone but the app seems to be frozen when WIST is activated, so I cannot confirm the connection. I assume, the WIST support might be broken. I didn't find troubleshooting documentation. Other users reported the same problem in the internet.

This exactly what I need to close the gap between my TA Pocket Operators and my midi clock, and though it can control tempo and sync to the POs just fine, WIST doesn't work with iOS8 on an iPhone 6. Could be so great for so many products beyond the monotribe and volcas, if only WIST worked I'd give this 5 stars!!! PLEASE FIX

It immediately worked with my monotribe on an iphone4s and iOS 8.1. But I have big issues to activate the wist function. The app hangs when I press the button. On iOS 7 the wist function worked very well.
Do other people have the same experience? Please update this powerful tool.

I like it. But add keypad support so you can punch in a new tempo, hit enter or play and bam the tempo changes.
for example say you are at 320bpm PinkFloyd (On the Run) and want to change to 140bpm (standard dance tempo) The apps wheel is slow and clumsy for live use to make this change.

It puts out an irregular pulse, with too many pulses. Swing is off, it’s adding random pops. Causes the device to stutter and go out of sync.

Une chose interpelle, ça fait quelques années que j’avais pas sorti de mon drive, et là je constate que sur les applications Gorgue plus aucune ne propose d’associer un appareil à la pomme et de permettre de lier ce système de clock à l’application IMS 20. Par exemple la possibilité de synchronisation a disparu totalement qui a une solution.

I was shocked to discover that merely dismissing the app continues to use very significant battery in the background, far exceeding all other activities.    The depletion of charge on my very healthy battery was very noticeable.   I thought my battery was failing.  

Be sure to not just send it away but to specifically kill it when done.

iOS8.3 & iPhone 5s での環境ではWIST機能が動かないようです。このアプリの最終アップデートを見るとずいぶん昔なので、なかなか更新が期待できないのは残念ですが、いつかアップデートしてくれることを期待しつつ、しばらくインストールしたままにします。機能が確認できませんので、星はひとつということで。

THANK YOU for making this free AND Ableton Link capable. Boom, now I have my tempo tracks from Live Lite synced up to my Volca Sample and then chained to my modular, all by using simple cables. Really well designed.
