Healthbook now receives real-time hospital notifications via the ENS Alerts system. Each type of Alert has a corresponding icon for each alert type. Each alert listed also contains the “Last Action Date” and who the action was “Taken By”. The User can update the alert with a specific action including “Contacted Patient/Caregiver”, “Contacted Attending Physician”, or “No Action Required”.  The alert can also be forwarded to anyone within the organization with specific notes or instructions. The notifications are delivered in a very simple and friendly messaging system. This allows each organization to take action in real-time to support timely and efficient clinical decision-making. This results in reduced lengths of stay and more efficient quality of care delivery.

- For recipient to be able to see everyone else copied in message.
- Option to click REPLY or REPLY ALL, identical to Microsoft Outlook.
- In the message thread improve the view for a better distinction between messages.
- Hide all HIE alerts that are not event types: Admission, Emergency Room, and Discharge. (User may still go to filters and decide to view all event types, but the default event types will be Admission, Emergency Room, and Discharge)
- Create new message and attach a member’s hyperlink to message.
