Way better than the previous and seems to be getting monthly updates with fast hit fixes for any bugs.

The absolute worst part is the continual logins. Almost every time I opened the app I had to log in again over and over. Combine this with a limited feature set and it’s obvious this should never have been released in its current state.

What a useless app, try to find a ticket. Why would you sort the tickets by oldest first and not give people an option to sort ? I don’t need to see tickets from 2022 at the top and scroll for days trying to find the new ticket

Buggy, constant login and authentication issues, ticket fetch just giving errors. As a tech in the field I hate using this app because it’s such a crapshoot if it will work. When it works like it should, it’s serviceable but far from ideal. Lots of simple things that are either limited (they only just removed a 250 character limit from ticket notes… why ever have that in the first place?). If a customer’s address is in Syncro, you can’t even copy the info into google maps - which would be nice. Massively underwhelming iOS deployment.
