Syncro is your all-in-one platform for managing your managed services or similar business. Our (Lite) app enables you to work on tickets and invoices and more from the field. Quickly look up any of your open invoices, select a payment method, and take payment. You can use this as a field technician now too - one-tap "check-in" and "check-out" of a field job, upload attachments, and track time spent on tasks with ease. Doesn’t access all the features of the msp. Not intuitive to access what’s needed. Have to wait long periods of time for it to down load from the database to be able to find anything ### 1/5 — Garbage *2025-07-25* Hasn’t been updated in a year, it’s abandonware at this point. It’s missing a lot of features and sometimes breaks to the point requiring an uninstall/reinstall. Last update being 4 months prior to this review shows how much they care about it. ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2024-03-30* I really like the Synchro desktop/browser admin tools. I like the features and price of the product. I don’t think it is the easiest to deal with and implementing the agent is difficult at times but for the price and unlimited devices and the support is really good. However, this app, on the other hand, really needs improvement. I have issues of the same device being listed multiple times. Remote access not working.
