Force closing does not resolve. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2023-11-12* I’ve been using Syncro for quite some time and had hopes they would’ve improved the app experience. For all the money they are charging us, they sure aren’t making an attempt to make this product worth the cost. They did a UI interface update a while ago but it’s laughable. They need to improve the core functions and most importantly the app as many of us need it on the go. We aren’t always able to be tethered to our pc all the time. When will SyncroMSP devote some engineers to make this app worthwhile. It has never been very useful but at least I could open a ticket and then finish it later when back in office. Other RMMs offer something useful, meaningful and even remote control from mobile devices. Since SyncroMSP is using Splashtop this should be easy. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2023-02-13, version 2.1.16* Just doesn’t work. Ok, you unlock it and “flash” the screen goes blank and you just stay in this loop over and over. I would gladly settle for less functionality if I simply had a basic interface to troubleshoot systems when I’m not readily near my laptop. Simply put - do less UNTIL you do it consistently well, then add small increments of functions. But as it is, you’ve got a steaming pile of poo! ### 2/5 — Dark Mode!!!!!!!! *2023-02-02, version 2.1.16* My eyeballs hurt!!! Useless without it ### 1/5 — Broken… *2022-12-30, version 2.1.16* App is no longer working, gets stuck in a login loop, it authenticates but then crashes back to the face recognition. It’s never been a great app functionality wise, but now it’s unusable. ### 1/5 — Can’t Create Tickets in v2.1.14 *2022-06-15* Since this new update you can longer create tickets within the app. After 10 days of back and forth with support, they finally confirmed that this is a bug and they there is no ETA to fix this 🤦‍♂️ One of the reasons we moved from MSP Manager was for the mobile app capabilities. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2022-05-12, version 2.1.14* As a long time SyncroMSP user, I must say the app is useless. My assets are listed as offline and slow to load. Doesn’t access all the features of the msp. Not intuitive to access what’s needed. It’s missing a lot of features and sometimes breaks to the point requiring an uninstall/reinstall. I like the features and price of the product. I don’t think it is the easiest to deal with and implementing the agent is difficult at times but for the price and unlimited devices and the support is really good. However, this app, on the other hand, really needs improvement. I have issues of the same device being listed multiple times. Remote access not working. It doesn’t really work for remote support which I’m a little saddened about. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-03-16, version 2.2.7* Too slow lack of features. One thing I would like is to organize companies by logos (Like Atera). Another is when selecting companies the stuff I want is the asset list first, I always have to scroll to what I need. Each and every feature that exists online should have a home here on iPhone and iPad. A couple of years ago, I came across a revolutionary medical EHR. It, to me, was a diamond in the rough. I loved it. AND...it was built entirely for mobile devices, meaning every feature online was present on mobile devices. I use that instance as a prime example of plenty of outdated software in an industry so over due for an upgrade. The RMM and PSA industry need it too. So... IN COMES SYNCRO! WOO HOO! Let’s get remote features, all documentation features, and more! You folks would be instantly ahead of the game if you did that before all of the other RMMs like Kaseya. Currently, Kaseya IS developing an app for iOS that does these things.
