Please fix ### 2/5 — Glitches *2023-07-05, version 3.11.8* I have around 75% percent of a tank of gas. 3 times so far today the app has noticed my I’m done to 24% fuel. I had a previous version of this SyncUp Drive three or so years ago for my daughter. I just installed a TMobile brand new unit and updated the software. What??? The software no longer follows the speed of the car when my son is driving. It did 3-4 years ago! Continually. It also no longer monitors a “hard” brake. It did that also 3-4 years ago. So as technology has improved over the last 3-4 years, instead of adding some great feature, they took away the primary reasons why I wanted this SyncUp Drive in the first place. *Hopefully, TMobile reads this. Please. I don’t need these other services. The car has a GPS. My children have cell phones. No need for locator (on phone), Hotspot (on phone), trip history (on GPS and phone), etc. Disappointing. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No notifications on IOS *2024-09-02, version 3.11.10* Twice now this year for long periods (days and weeks) stops sending any notifications. Have no idea that cars stared or ended trips. No speeding notification or out of geofence. Worthless. T-Mobile doesn’t seem to be able to get their vendor inline (Mojio) ### 1/5 — Saving images in glovebox doesn’t work *2024-07-18, version 3.11.10* When attempting to add something to the glovebox of the app, when you add an image and click save, the app does recognize the change. ### 1/5 — Server Errors *2024-04-25, version 3.11.10* The app stopped working. It logged me out and when I tried to log back in it times out and pops a message titled “Unable to Complete” with the message “We have encountered a server error. Please try again later” ### 1/5 — TMobile SyncUP *2024-04-25, version 3.11.10* UPDATE 4/24/25: app was working fine yesterday now I can’t log in. Then I get an error message stating invalid username/password Then we I try to reset password, I get an error message stating server error. I’m, I don’t know what’s going on, but this app needs to be fixed.I love this little device. I have had it for about 3 years. It catches the problem before I get a check engine light. Hopefully TMobile will update the device with a little more of an upgrade to the WiFi hotspot part of it. ### 1/5 — Daly unwanted fill up notifications *2024-01-20, version 3.11.10* No!
