My daughter has often told me she has moved from one location to a different one because I make sure we communicate like that. However the watch will still show that she’s at a different location and I don’t like that. I also have had the app show me that the watch is in one place when I knew it was not because it was actually in her room. It’s definitely not my phone because it does it to my husband as well. If I’m the only one dealing with these inconsistencies, I would definitely like to know what I can do about it. ### 5/5 — No more “Just come get me”… *2023-08-16* Watch serves so many purposes such as 1) staying connected with family/friends 2) playing in the neighborhood, I know where she is at all times 3) when it’s time to come home, I can now call versus having to go get her!! Our summer nightly routine has been “mommy, can I play for 5 more minutes, just come get me!”. Since getting the watch, I simply call to let her know when it’s time to eat or come home. She stays connected with her close friends who also have a watch. She sends daily voice notes to me or calls me when I’m at work. Our life in managing her play has become way more efficient. I highly recommend this watch for any child who fits the age range!! Watch audio is loud and clear. Calls connect seamlessly. Lastly messaging is a breeze with their tiny fingers. My 7 year old ❤️s the watch and she’s already persuaded 3 of her friends in getting the same watch…so now they’re all connected!! ### 5/5 — Won’t connect every so often *2023-07-25* So when we first got the watches for our kids every 2-3 days it would say that it couldn’t connect to random watches… until I restarted it. We lost one because it wouldn’t tell me where it was… the location is also a block off when we are at home. But when they are at school it shows their exact location. Anyway it can be very frustrating there are tons of settings but no settings so the kids/ anyone can’t turn them off… overall it makes it possible to call and checkin but the tracker kills the battery and doesn’t always work so that’s sad. ### 5/5 — Relief *2023-06-29* This makes mom life so much better. My son is 7 very active. I wish I had this sooner. It helps me and my son communicate and I always know where he is, it gives me peace of mind. I really like how it's on his wrist and not in his pocket cause he doesn't always have pockets. It always stays on his wrist. " I'm so cool with my new watch phone" my son. And now my aunt and 3 other friends has a kid watch. Cool thing you can share with others who have the watch too. So too a babysitter, dad, grandma can see where child is too. On mine I have access to my son and my niece. I love it when it's my niece is within park boundaries I know she is here. As to when son is in home boundaries. I'm rumbling now. Get the watch. Try it out! It works great for us. Hope the same for you. Give it time to download and at least 3-5 days before you say you hate it. Lol ### 5/5 — Great features! *2023-04-19* I love that my 7 yo son can call, text, and even take and send pics. He can set tasks with reminders, set alarms, play a couple of games. School mode is perfect because he won’t receive any distractions, but we can still call each other in an emergency. The Velcro wrist strap makes it easy for my son to put it on and take it off by himself. I also LOVE the gps tracking. It’s very accurate - shows me in the app on my phone exactly where my son is. The only slight drawback is the battery life. I had heard it would last a few days. Ours lasts 1 day. It does last all day, though, so we just charge it for a bit at night. It doesn’t take long to fully charge, maybe 1-2 hours. ### 5/5 — Homeschooling Military Family Must Have! *2023-04-01* My kids wake up every morning and put on their watches. They keep track of their morning routine, chores, and what they are doing in homeschool for the day. I also have more peace of mind taking all four kids out by myself while my husband is deployed knowing they have on their watches should something happen and I loose track of even one of them. They are also able to text and talk to our family that live states away from our current duty station. Definitely a must have if you have a lot of kiddos to keep up with. ### 5/5 — Skeptical at First *2023-03-29* My child has had this for about 8 months now and we love it. It’s a great way to keep tabs on him when he’s playing in the neighborhood or walking to and from the bus stop. The watch sometimes glitches or won’t take a call but always works after I restart it. In the beginning there was a problem connecting but I reached out to the support team through the app and they fixed the issue quickly. Great for tracking and making quick phone calls. ### 5/5 — Well worth the piece of mind. *2023-03-21* I did a lot of research on this item before deciding to purchase it. The reviews weren’t clear. People either loved it or hated it. T-Mobile had a terrific offer, the watch was free and they waived the activation fees. Just had to pay taxes and $10 a month. The screen itself is big for a child. My daughter is 7 1/2 but it definitely makes it easier for her to see and use. The keyboard for the text is a little awkward as well. I am the least tech friendly person I know and I had no problem setting up the contacts or using the app. Very user friendly. We were able to purchase new bands to accessorize it and she loves it. Fits great and being attached to her makes it all that harder to lose. My favorite feature is the live gps. All children should have one of there. Well worth the piece of mind it brings especially since land lines hardly exist any more. ### 5/5 — Good smart watch for kids *2023-02-10, version 1.2.4* We originally bought the tick talk 4 and we all hated it. My daughter dreaded putting it on and there was always issues with the parent app. My daughter LOVES this watch. My favorite features are the virtual boundaries and the live tracking. I wish the battery life was better but that’s one of the only down sides. I do wish you could monitor and see who my kid is talking to and when but besides that it’s a great product designed for kids to actually enjoy. I love that it has a gps tracker!! I am so grateful. I gave my 9 year old daughter an iPhone, but it had access to inappropriate content and the ability to purchase apps and Roblox (Robux). Apple now refuses to return your money even though the purchase was unauthorized. Take charge of your child’s safety and use the Smart Watch and make sure they put it on everyday. I put it next to her toothbrush for a reminder ### 5/5 — Amazing *2023-01-27, version 1.2.4* So I bought 3 SyncUP watches and my kids absolutely loves them! It’s easy for my 5, 7 and 10 year old to use coming with games and the ability to change the watch face background to any of the preset characters. I really love the ability to track the location of the watch and ping it if I need to. They can also call and text anybody I add to the watch via the app. ### 5/5 — I feel like my son is extra protected *2023-01-10, version 1.2.4* I get nervous when my son wonders off and I don’t see him. So through the app I can get a quick update and see where he is at through the gps. I also love that we can set who is allowed to call him and and won’t get random people calling him. I love this kids watch. It is a must have. ### 5/5 — Love it!!! *2022-12-29, version 1.2.4* Santa got this watch for my 8 year old son and I’m in love with it! It’s a plain and simple and exactly what I needed it for. This is not Apple Watch so don’t go buying this watch with those expectations. The only thing I wish it could do was video call but I’m happy with him being able to text, send voice messages and pictures and ofc make phone calls. The app is easy to use. Only thing I dislike is it takes to long to notify when the child/watch has left an area. Yesterday 12/25 my child had her watch on and we left home and the app didn’t send a notification that she left home until we were 20 miles away from our house. Shortly after i was kicked off the app. I tried to get back on and it asked for my email and password, which I put in, then it asks me if I’m over 18, to which I click yes, then it shows me my name and phone number and it tells me to add a picture, so I do that. I hit next and it gives me a create profile error. It feels like I’m stuck in Limbo. I don’t know how to get back into the account. I’m beginning to wonder if it is a software program issue on the side of the app. The tech on the phone couldn’t help me, they only told me to delete the app and re download it to see if that fixes it. Then restart my phone to see if that fixes it. Then tried other devices still same error popped up. They wrote a ticket and told me to try again in 48 hours. The app always says somethings wrong with it to come back later. I don’t have access to my kids watch I’ve contacted T-Mobile and they’ve always sent me a new watch but it never seems to work, the first time I got it for him was for Christmas so I waited a little bit to give it to him as soon as he gets it the watch battery only last 20 minutes so we get another one. The other one won’t even turn on, so we get another one and we have the same issue with the battery, so we get another one this was all handled through the insurance that we purchased. We now have a Watch that works the batteries still not 100% but it will do but now the app never works. I updated it. I have spent 15 hours between chat and calling support. It has been on going for weeks and they keep submitting tickets. I have called Apple and it is a Tmobile issue as they own the app. Tmobile tech and care keep assuring me it’s ok and going to be fixed. I was told if it wasn’t resolved the other day they would figure something out or a new phone. They now tell me they can’t do that. It has been a horrible experience. I had the Gabb kids watch and it was amazing. I switched so we would all be on the same plan and regret it majorly. With this horrible service we are about to move carriers all together. I have had sprint/Tmobile for over 9 years and the customer care stopped and became garbage after the merger. You use to be able to speak to people based in the US and actually get help. Not it’s play telephone and spend hours on the phone and chat waiting and still no resolution. It was lousy to upload and sync. I called for help and after 30 minutes the tech had to tell me to uninstall the app several times in order for it to work, then she blamed my iPhone not being updated to 17! Ok?!!! So I update the software to the latest version and now roll into Day 2 and again unable to open the app. It kept spooling. When I finally got it to open, GPS won’t tell me his exact real time location. So it didn’t update…. then I’m not able to send text messages to him. It kept coming back undeliverable! Day 3: I’m trying to find my son’s location because the school bus has a flat tire and I can’t find him. It took me 45 minutes to find my son’s location! T-mobile do better! I’ve been a customer for 14 years and I am going to take my business elsewhere. I have children I am trying to track, using your watch/ gps tracker, and it’s not working. ### 1/5 — Selling lies *2022-10-30, version 1.2.2* I bought the watch and spent 2 hours at the retail store and the retail salesperson that sold me the watch which work for T-Mobile had to call an tech to get it set up since after I was charged for the device left there and they said the app issue will be resolve and nothing was fixed updated phone plus app itself turned off my phone and turned it back on I deleted the app and downloaded it again and nothing was fix at all and there’s a lot of reviews about issues about since August on the internet if you search for reviews so if you thinking getting your kid this watch it will be waste of money and time they are selling dreams and it’s disappointing that I bought this for my son as a birthday gift so what they told me was that I had to wait 72 hours that’s 3 days that a kid would be without his gift. **Developer response:** Hello, thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback. Now it’s completely inaccessible saying it can not access SyncUP services and stays stuck on start up characters screen. I’ve restarted the app, restarted my iPhone, re-downloaded the app and it still does the same thing. All my internet and network setting are fine, all my other apps work fine. Please fix this issue ASAP! The whole point of buying the watch is so we can track our kids thru this app and have peace of mind. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Child’s Privacy? *2022-04-21, version 1.0.6* “you consented to everything in the first paragraph, and the collection of your child’s photo, video, audio and text messages and child device interactions. We also collect your child’s name and age (optional) directly from you when you set up the watch.” Why does T-Mobile need to collect our children’s photos, videos, audio, and texts?! Is that not disturbing to anyone else? That’s the farthest thing from protecting our children’s privacy. Beyond that uneasiness, the battery dies within a few hours. The functions like timer, alarms and camera freeze for hours at a time. Like others have said, it would be nice to set school mode just when they’re actually at school. And the support is horrible. No one has a clue about this product. Disappointing from such a large company. Overall so far, not happy about choosing T-Mobiles new kids watch. Update - had the SyncUP kids watch since Christmas (4 months) it completely stopped working so I took it in to be checked out. $20 for a replacement under manufacture warranty. …4 months. It’s been two days and the two watches I have are still displaying the same errors messages that the devices were not activated correctly. I’ve been on hold for hours with T-Mobile experts and representative and still no one knows how or when these watches will be fixed. There’s been several times I’ve been told to put in a sim card to a watch with no SIM card option. Save yourself the migraine and don’t get these watches. ### 2/5 — Total fine… when it works *2024-05-08* This app has an okay design, and is slow but not horribly slow. The only huge problem is that it just doesn’t work like 75% of the time. I’m currently using an iPhone 15 Pro, and previously experienced the same issues on the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I can almost never actually see where my daughter is using the GPS and frequently get “error” messages the entire time I am using the app. Sometimes, the app just won’t open at all. I am forced to use this app because of the smart watch we bought our daughter, but if there is one app I would want to be 100% stable and functional it’s the app that is supposed to be helping me keep track of my kids in an emergency. While I do love it, I’ve also had problems with the Live Tracking and Virtual Boundaries features. I’ve reported these on several occasions in the app, but have yet to get an update. The Live Tracking feature usually (almost always) gives me an error and states it “can not connect to the watch to start live tracking.” I’ve also had the location refresh setting at the recommended 30 minutes, however, the app will sometimes go hours without refreshing and reporting my child’s location. As for my virtual boundaries, I have 3. Without fail, each time I have saved my preferred dates/times specific to each location, the app makes changes. The number of safety concerns are endless with a special needs child, this helps my MIL who lives in a different state, relax so much with the apps real time options. * the strap options are nice, basic, that would be my only, well wish, I guess would be for children who don’t want to keep it on, maybe a lanyard or key ring option for a strap will be my hope. My question is if i can access the device i want to hack, why would I need it hacked? But i understand we hack devices due to different intentions and to recover some information that must have been deleted or kept from being easily seen, the device will be required to be cloned. Being unfaithful gives rise to a whole lot of issues and situations that might be very difficult to cope with if you don't have an account of what is really going down with your partner when you are not together. If you keep getting these signs it's most likely to be true your partner is cheating. That's not the end of life anyway, you can make a choice that suits you and be to your advantage for something like that to never repeat itself. There are so many apps and what not that promise awesome results if you can just get hold of your spouse's device. These spy apps can only do so much. ### 5/5 — Very well designed *2024-01-26* I love the features on this kids watch. The app is very user friendly. From the app, you can load unlimited contacts that the child is allowed to call or text, and no one can contact your child unless you have put them on the list. You can set a boundary around your home or neighborhood and another around the child’s school. You get a notification if the child goes out of that boundary. You can set up school mode that disables smart features during school hours, but you can still see the child’s location. Set it to repeat, such as 8 to 3 on Mon thru Thur, 8 to 1 on Fri. On school holidays, you can disable school mode easily, and turn it back on when school resumes. The child can’t disable school mode or add contacts. The app keeps the parent in charge and notified of the child’s location at all times. The charger holds the watch magnetically, so very easy for kid to put it on the charger themselves. One word of caution, if the watch isn’t charging properly, change where you plug in the usb. I had it plugged into the usb on my kid’s bedside lamp, which would only charge it 50% even after sitting there all night. I changed it to a wall charger and it got to 100% in under an hour. ### 5/5 — Love it *2023-09-28* After reading reviews on T-mobile I was skeptical about adding another $10 a month to my bill for a watch that wouldn’t work but we absolutely love this thing. It works so well. My daughter is almost six and in kindergarten so I wanted a way to communicate with her while we went about our days and this is perfect. She sends us audio messages and pictures, she can call us if there’s ever trouble, school mode turns off all of the sounds and distractions, GPS is accurate and maps are clear etc it works great. If you’re looking at reviews just get one and you’ll love it. ### 5/5 — I highly recommend this hacker try him out one best *2023-09-19* I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this! Because I tried several apps with no luck. Back then I was very confused, mad and always felt awful with my partner's cheating attitude. I really wanted to track and catch him red-handed. I downloaded this app hoping it will help with it but I wasn't satisfied with its features as I needed to monitor my partner closely.
