App is not working since latest update. In fact every time this app is updated it causes problems and end up having to call the bank.

Did identity questions for about 10mins and still could not continue the process app is useless deleted it .!!

This app is so buggy! I login and it’s supposed to text me a code, but locks up, and doesn’t allow you to go any further.

This banks App deserves zero stars had to give it at least one to post the review. 

1. Forgets my credentials
2. Kicks me out of transactions randomly
3. Intermittently crashes
4. Looks like it's from the 90's (a little petty yes)
and all of this on top of the App not working in my Iphone 12. Delete, download, restart phone, then it will finally work. Just to not work again when I need to get back on the app. 
 
It's garbage. 2024 and this bank can't get it together. Will be looking for another bank, just because of their mobile app.

App only works once. Once i use it, i have to delete it and re-download it to use it again. So annoying.

There’s no longer an option to transfer funds in bank from a HELOC to checking. The main reason I use the app.

Update: transfers now working but facial recognition to login no longer working. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Come on developers. You got this.

Oh and it shows I got 2 checking accounts and 1 savings.  When I have 2 savings and one checking.  The total balance does not match the actual balance. And the new grab at the bottom seems to be made up.  Cause it doesn’t match up either. Why the hell did y’all change this app. And why did it log us out for over a week to basically update?

Please update you app. It crashes every time at first launch (even if it is NOT open in the background). You have to launch it, close it out and re-launch every time. 

People go with banks that have the most convenience. Just saying.

The latest version of this application won't even boot up. It crashes from the start. Obviously this is a major inconvenience.

******UPDATE*******
This app is now fixed and working like a charm. Thanks Synergy for finally fixing this convenient banking app!

I like the app, however I wish I could do bill pay from the app. It’s really inconvenient to have to get to a computer to pay bills online. I would like to be able to do it from my mobile phone.

The app forgets my password EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve tried to use it. Have to go to bank teller to reset it. Useless.
