How are we supposed to review this section to ensure there is no fraudulent activity? ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-07-08, version 24.2.60* What happened to synergy! This thing is bad straight garbage!!!! ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-04-04, version 24.2.60* App never maintains login credentials. Users also can’t make a payment to an account using an external bank account. Please fix these issues. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE!!! *2025-01-20, version 24.1.70* This app is HORRIBLE, it never works I’m getting ready to close this account because I can never use this app ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-10-15, version 24.1.70* Got in with Synergy FCU about 3 months before this major overhaul in the mobile app and it has been horrendous. There was no longer the ability to schedule auto payments for my loan. Yes the auto payments I had setup came to a stop. I had to walk into the bank monthly to make a payment for nearly 6 months. Then they had to send me a link to setup auto payment. There is still no way to edit or cancel this via the mobile app. It's been over a year. I can't add an external institution to transfer funds. I can't send Zelle payments to my other banks. Once I'm done with my loan here I will never return. In this day and age, mobile banking is important and they blew it The old interface was so much better. ### 1/5 — Do Better *2024-06-25, version 24.1.70* With the old app I was able to transfer funds to a different account. I am unable to transfer with this app. As a result I have to drive 20 miles to my bank. 6/22/24 updated my app and it stopped working-again ### 1/5 — AWFUL *2024-02-10, version 23.1.72* This app is the worst. Here it is the weekend and can’t get into the app. Changed my password and nothing still can’t get in. Oh and did I forget CANT CALL ANYONE FOR HELP BECAUSE ITS CLOSED SAT AND SUN. This is ridiculous. Bring the old app back. Security Service FCU here I come ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-11-23* This app is horrible I am not able to transfer money from another bank! ### 1/5 — Garbage *2023-11-02* This roll out was awful. I can’t transfer money to synergy from another institution with this app. I tried the website and all I get is “Unauthorized activity detected click here to send an email to our security team” and that email has gone unanswered. Talk about going backwards where I now have to visit the bank only after going to my other bank to pull cash out to deposit for my loan at Synergy. I’m about ready to refinance at a higher interest rate to avoid this headache. Trash ### 1/5 — Do Better *2023-10-14* With the old app I was able to transfer funds to a different account.
