I have been going to synergy massage and fitness for a little over a year now and let me tell you, the instructor there knows exactly what he’s doing. Amazing, well thought-out workouts that always leave me feeling satisfied after hittin the gym. I expect nothing less from the online classes during this tough time, well done!
