I have to reinstall and download every time I use it. I hope they get this fixed soon. ### 1/5 — USELESS APP AND WEBSITE! *2024-08-28, version 1.0.4* The App does not work- can’t even get a password reset! I have asked for my money back via email but NOBODY responds. The website says I have not purchased anything- I have spent €44.00 on nothing. I’ve been using the app for over a year, and now if I want to use the app on the road, I have to resinstall each time, which gives me a couple more hours of “barely works”. I love the content and the learning system, but this app has consistently been a dumpster fire (there have always been other usability issues), and now it has descended into unusable. I wish the developer would spend just a little effort in fixing/updating it. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2024-08-11* App is broken again. It says to restart app but when you do it’s a blank screen. It’s unusable at this point. I emailed them and they acknowledged they are aware of the problem but it is still broken. Although the ability to take payments seems to always work. I’ve been trying to work on my Spanish for the last hour but none of my paid courses are showing up.
