## What is SynergyMMS?

Description: 
The guest’s experience in a hotel is influenced by the quality of the hotel as well as the quality of the service they receive. SynergyMMS is a proven solution in hospitality that provides tools used to improve the guest’s experience by facilitating communication between the many departments involved in the maintenance process. When communication improves, efficiency improves as does the quality of both the product and service offered by hotels.

SynergyMobile is an extension of SynergyMMS that allows mobile users to access the system in a way that is convenient and highly efficient providing the information they need in a simple and intuitive fashion. With SynergyMobile, the transfer of information between departments happens seamlessly and automatically. 

The application is asynchronous so a persistent connection is not required meaning you can continue using SynergyMobile where no wireless signal exists. The application offers the following feature set:

ui sometimes doesn’t work, expect to waste minutes acknowledging several notifications before you can open new work orders, and the app will force you to exit tabs at times. It’s astonishing that this app has not been updated in over three years

Starting from interface, a 1998 windows era, it leaves a lot to be desired. On top of which ~ mediocre functionality. Constantly buddy, refreshing for no reason and constant need to restart/log out or in makes this app seems like a low budget software

THE APP IS A GREAT TOOL ON MOBILE DEVICES. HOWEVER, THE APP IS OUTDATED AND IN DESPERATE NEED OF A NEW UPDATE. INCLUDING ADDING THE ROOM TAB, DATE STARTED AND SO MANY MORE FEATURES FOUND ON THE DESKTOP VERSION.

I just started using the app today, and I have notifications turned on, but I don't get them, and I would like to receive information, and the app needs to have a more modern design and refreshed because it looks like it's designed for the 1st iPhone and should be designed for all phones plus the app is a bit slow, and when I log in I can't put in my property id because if I try to put it in nothing happens there is no go button, and then you need to sign in it should also support face id for sign in

Cannot filter by date. 

App is Constantly refreshing when trying to click on a work request. 

App is always pushing me to the “messages” tab when I am trying to filter through work requests. 

This app is needed to work efficiently, but with these defects, it slows down our work.
