ui sometimes doesn’t work, expect to waste minutes acknowledging several notifications before you can open new work orders, and the app will force you to exit tabs at times. It’s astonishing that this app has not been updated in over three years

Starting from interface, a 1998 windows era, it leaves a lot to be desired. On top of which ~ mediocre functionality. Constantly buddy, refreshing for no reason and constant need to restart/log out or in makes this app seems like a low budget software

THE APP IS A GREAT TOOL ON MOBILE DEVICES. HOWEVER, THE APP IS OUTDATED AND IN DESPERATE NEED OF A NEW UPDATE. INCLUDING ADDING THE ROOM TAB, DATE STARTED AND SO MANY MORE FEATURES FOUND ON THE DESKTOP VERSION.

User name and password do not save. Have to log in after every request….. the keyboard also seems outdated.

Cannot filter by date. 

App is Constantly refreshing when trying to click on a work request. 

App is always pushing me to the “messages” tab when I am trying to filter through work requests. 

This app is needed to work efficiently, but with these defects, it slows down our work.

We use this App. everyday at work and it works great! The only fault I find with it that it does show a time and date to show how ling the work order has been open. We are a hotel and rely on this app. to get the work orders without having to go to a central computer and respond to guest calls with in 15 minutes from anywhere in the property. Having a timer color code with green (0-15min) yellow (16-30 min) and red ( anything over 31 minutes) would really help.

I just started using the app today, and I have notifications turned on, but I don't get them, and I would like to receive information, and the app needs to have a more modern design and refreshed because it looks like it's designed for the 1st iPhone and should be designed for all phones plus the app is a bit slow, and when I log in I can't put in my property id because if I try to put it in nothing happens there is no go button, and then you need to sign in it should also support face id for sign in
