First of all, kudos to the team for putting this beautiful project out. It is arguably one of the best local music players out there.
However, there are some few problems I'll like to address and I hope you take it into consideration.

Despite my files being well organized, I realize the app doesn't do well with sorting album tracks by their original numbers.
The app arranges the tracks wrongly for all my albums and numbers them itself. I know there is a feature to rearrange them but I can't do that for my entire music library. Please work on that. I suggest you add a feature that'll fetch album metadata and re-embed them to the album.

And also the pricing is a little expensive due to where I find myself. $30 for a lifetime sounds so perfect to me but I live in Africa where that amount is no joke to most people. The app is so worth the price but run a discount or something so we can pay for premium.

2.编辑信息后，封面和歌词能否嵌入原歌曲里？
3.能否增加一个歌曲导出到其它应用的功能？
4.其它应用导出歌曲到该应用，跳转进入应用后无响应，还要从应用的文件夹导入入口导入。
5.切回应用有时卡死，触摸无反馈，点击歌曲播放无反应，有时动画卡顿，不丝滑，底部栏有时卡住定在那里。闪退！

1. 免费用户可以无限次编辑歌曲基本信息（包括封面、曲名、艺术家等），没有任何次数限制。歌词功能属于 Premium 高级功能，升级后可无限使用。
2. 目前编辑的信息保存在应用内，暂不支持写回原文件。这是我们后续考虑的方向之一。
3. 歌曲导出功能目前暂未支持，我们会评估是否将其列入后续计划。
4. 感谢反馈，从其他应用跳转导入无响应的问题我们已记录，将在后续版本中修复。
5. 切换应用时短暂的延迟属于 iOS 系统正常行为，恢复音频会话需要一点时间。

I’ve been using Synic Offline Music Player for a long time, and I absolutely love it. The app is simple, reliable, and keeps getting better with every update. One thing I really appreciate is the developer—they’re kind, responsive, and always open to feedback. Whenever I’ve shared suggestions, they’ve taken them into consideration and continue working to make the app even better. It’s rare to see a developer who listens so closely to users, and that commitment really shows in how the app keeps getting better. Fantastic interface, love how seamlessly is resembles Apple Music however my biggest issue is that it imports my music all out of order despite the track numbers being embedded into the track data. Makes using the app a chore to have to reorder each album to match the correct sequencing, hoping this is fixed soon.

Regarding the track ordering issue, Synic is designed to follow embedded track metadata and track numbers correctly, so this behavior definitely shouldn’t happen normally. I’ve already been carefully reviewing this area and will continue investigating possible edge cases related to certain metadata structures and file imports.

建议增加清除缓存的按钮，现在app里无法清除缓存，如果导入几百首歌曲，内嵌封面图片的缓存占用很大空间的。

Me gustaría que añadan la opción de sincronizar automáticamente carpetas divididas del dispositivo y también sincronizar las canciones ya descargadas de 4ppl3 Music así como lo hacen otras apps, lo demás esta super más que excelente, que gran trabajo para el, o los desarrolladores, la compre de por vida y estoy encantado, no cambien nada de la interfaz se ve más que bien. 🫶🏼

There are many bugs in the “import” function and song information display cannot be applied properly in some songs

App frequently crashes and is pretty buggy, and if you purchase the premium and happen to go offline (like the app suggests) it will not allow you to skip more than three tracks, basically if you buy premium it only works on network but the equalizer is decent and the software isn’t bad.

I was really liking this app. It had a section for adjusting your bass and all kinds of other things I think it’s called an equalizer.

Anyways to the point. You can only play 3 different songs a day with the free plan. You are allowed to relisten to those three all day.

They have no trackers and no ads I have ways to check and there is none. Which was great.

The dealbreaker is only being able to play three songs. 

Melodista is a good free app, but it has banner ads and a lot of features stripped away. And it has tracking.

If you don’t understand this tracking thing there is a lot of different trackers for different things, but one of them is an ip tracker.

Euer Player ist grundsätzlich gut gemacht: Dateien werden schnell erkennt, die Wiedergabe ist nahtlos (auch bei Songs, die miteinander verknüpft sind und lückenloss wiedergegeben werden sollen), Cover werden (im Unterschied zu manch anderer App) in voller Qualität erkannt und angezeigt, Play-Pause-Knöpfe reagieren schnell (VLC-Media Player ist z. B. verzögert). ABER: jetzt kommt mein Aber. Da man für die Premium-Version gut 35 Euro liegen lässt (auch wenn es toll ist, dass es einen Einmalkauf gibt), erwarte ich einwandfreie Funktionalität, die es jedoch nicht gibt. Viele Songs in meinen Alben, die über mp3tag von mir bearbeitet wurden und in JEDER anderen App korrekt erkannt werden, sind auf einmal in völlig falscher Reihenfolge. Playlisten werden als Dateistruktur exportiert, nicht als m3u-Format (Standard-Format), verstehe ich nicht. Viele Tag-Felder, die von allen Apps erkannt werden (z. B. Trennung von Künstlern über zwei Backslashes, eingetragene Genres z. B. Hip-Hop), das wird alles nicht richtig erkannt - für mich ein NoGo. Mittlerweile habe ich 14 Audio-Player getestet und komme immer zum gleichen Fazit: viel Schicki-Micki, wenig Funktionalität, keine Playlist importier- und exportierbar (als m3u-Datei) und am Ende bleibe ich sowieso bei Foobar2000. Da gehen zwar auch keine Playlist-Exporte, aber der Player funktioniert wenigstens. Ich hoffe, diese Einwürfe werden in den nächsten Updates einbezogen, vlt. komme ich wieder auf eure App. Ich bedanke mich dennoch für die Arbeit, die in eurer App steckt. Und bitte behaltet den Einmalkauf bei (können auch 50 Euro werden).

I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now and I like it, but I see that crossfade is that to no gapless, can you please add the Gapless Playback feature please🙏. The reason is I like a song transitions into another song without fading

Right now, the app supports crossfade for smooth transitions, but gapless playback (tracks playing back-to-back with zero delay or fade) requires a different audio pipeline under the hood.

The good news is that we are actively working on Gapless Playback and targeting to bring it in version 2.2.4, provided everything goes smoothly during development and testing!

It’s really good looking and ad free app, my only issue is that it’s freezes a few times and laggy for me when I’m scrolling in songs. Its like 10 fps (i16pm)

It makes me a good application but the simple fact that they remove aspects such as the full albums covers makes me think badly knowing that they were previously free, it is my only opinion knowing that in the original application they allow us to see they without paying.

It got everything i needed artist cover, artist separator and lyrics and flac support, equalizer and animated cover. But the only thing needed to implement is that it didn’t auto scan the metadata on music file itself. I have put them by manually for everything single of the file which is very inconvenient but overall app is excellent!!!
