Useless to me. ### 1/5 — The sign up is broken *2022-04-16, version 1.5.11* When I tried creating a password it kept giving me an anonymous error so tried a few passwords and same issue. Turns out the first password works but there is a super basic error in their UI ### 1/5 — Waste of space *2022-04-04, version 1.5.9* This app is just a waste of storage. Logs me out every time I try to make an appointment. They really need to fix this. Terrible online services for clients ### 1/5 — Not able to log in and use the app *2021-07-14, version 1.4.0* Same issue reported by another user in May. Apparently it has not been fixed. The error message that pops up after the app asked me to create PIN: “Sorry we cannot process your request at the moment”. So, the app cannot be used. ### 1/5 — Hard to be useful if you can’t even log in *2021-07-03, version 1.3.5* Like others, I can’t even get it to let me log in. After entering the username and password, I got the SMS message associated with my account - so far, so good. Then it asked me to enter a PIN, and then that was the end of the road - it just errors out and can’t proceed any further. So, yeah, doesn’t actually do anything if users can’t even log in. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2021-05-11, version 1.3.2* “Sorry we cannot process your request at this time” - is the only outcome of the app for over a month.
