Forced me to download an app, but it tells me no appointment times available at the only testing site in the Azores at any date, including months in advance. Useless to me.

When I tried creating a password it kept giving me an anonymous error so tried a few passwords and same issue. Turns out the first password works but there is a super basic error in their UI

This app is just a waste of storage. Logs me out every time I try to make an appointment. Restarted the phone, deleted and re-downloaded the app nothing helps.

Pathetic excuse for an app and company if you’re in Portugal. None of the certificates get posted to your account, and appointments disappear WITHOUT A TRACE from your app. Waited 4 hours at the Lisbon airport, and even though I had email confirmation that my appointment had been booked for that day, there was no record in Synlab’s system.

Same issue reported by another user in May. Apparently it has not been fixed. The error message that pops up after the app asked me to create PIN:  “Sorry we cannot process your request at the moment”. So, the app cannot be used.

Like others, I can’t even get it to let me log in. After entering the username and password, I got the SMS message associated with my account - so far, so good. Then it asked me to enter a PIN, and then that was the end of the road - it just errors out and can’t proceed any further. So, yeah, doesn’t actually do anything if users can’t even log in.

“Sorry we cannot process your request at this time” - is the only outcome of the app for over a month. It’s been at least three updates since I first downloaded it but still no sign of getting this fixed ever.
